They have VERY good coffee for a good price. The staff also seemed very friendly.

I've been going to BHB for over 8 years now. Their coffee is always fantastic, their baristas are quick and accurate, and their people at the windows are always kind. My absolute favorite coffee place. Only thing I wish they had was indoor seating and ordering.

Fantastic coffee. However, prices are noticeably higher than other places in the area. Prepare to take out a second mortgage on your house if you want a non-dairy substitute. Most importantly, when you pay the barista has to enter a tip for you, so they ask you the awkward question of "would you like to leave a tip?" I am a tipper, however it should never be pressured on your customers like this. Now, if I choose not to tip, which is perfectly acceptable as a tip is to show appreciation, not to meet expectations, I now have to have an awkward interaction with the employee which is diminishing my experience.

I visit Black Hills Blend on West Main often, but we weren't on that side of town. West Main is by far the superior store. They are much friendlier and engage with the customer every time, making you feel welcome. Not the case here. We will take the extra time to go across town from now on.

Great location and drive through. Friendly staff. They just got my order wrong🤔...asked for lemon bread and recieved pumkin. Hey, it happens.....haven't been there often enough to know if its reoccurring thing. Bread was still good, I ate it because Id already driven far enough away as to not go back and get it fixed. I will try it out and go again when Im over there......
