There were 10 employees and they were more concerned about breaks and work shifts than taking care of us. Our dough was sitting out about 5 minutes before they even asked what we wanted on it. Then at the checkout there were 4 guys discussing their schedule. With as many people on staff the tables and floors should have been clean. At least the pizza is good.

They had an amazing crew this day, Chance the manager didn’t have to say much to the kids on site! Chance guided a young lady on how to do smith and his training truly showed why my experience was amazing. Proves to show that their generation still has got it in them to make us old folks proud! Thank you Chance for the amazing pizza and making our stay so enjoyable!

The staff was excited to be at work and it showed the general manager chance was hard at work, training, a new employee, and you can tell that he has passion for what he does. Truly a phenomenal pizza also. I love to see it!

This is the second time this restaurant has dropped and forgotten our online order. We won't be ordering from here again, it took over an hour to receive our food.

Built my own pizza with spicy chili, chicken& veggies (no chz dt sensitivity) and I tried the gluten free crust.
Gluten free crust wasn’t bad 7.5/10 There was maybe a cube of chicken per slice which was disappointing. Hot honey on the side was a great addition.
I enjoyed the cinnamon sticks 9/10

Best Blaze Pizza in town. Great service, they bring food to your table and follow up during your meal.

i’ve been to this Blaze location many times since it first opened . The service , quality of pizza , and atmosphere has always been good in the past ….. but that wasn’t the case tonight . When i first walked in I should have walked back out and went home and baked a Totinos pizza. But i didn’t, I decided to go against my instincts . What starts bad usually ends bad . This was definitely the case from the start ..no welcoming person to to take my order, when i did get someone it only happened after the oven guy yelled at some new high school hire to help me . This kid , god bless him , haphazardly threw some tomato sauce on the pizza and passed it down to the topping guy who was also struggling . but again , they got the pizza to the oven and i I now have this glorious limp crusted pizza at home . I cant really blame this young improperly trained employees for what happened tonight . I’m guessing they did there best . i do blame the owners for not properly training there employees , and for having any sort of management to help them . The owners should be ashamed.

Since the menu changes it feels like it's really gone down hill. I shouldn't have to ask for more cheese on every pizza when it is 50/50 cheese and sauce on the top. 50+ dollars for three people and you can't afford to just put some cheese on the pizza.

Where to begin..ordered on line with a pickup time that was not met. One of two pizzas was cold when we got it. It also had a hair on at least one slice.. Yuck!! The other pizza was totally wrong: red sauce instead of pesto, wrong toppings, extra crispy that wasn't. This place was well rated on tripadvisor and Google so we (from out of town) tried it. Awful experience. Should have got pizza hut or something similar.
