Do not order online. They will lose your pizza during rush hour. Needs management organization. Ate here a couple weeks ago and waited for management to answer any of my emails before leaving review. No answer so here we are. Placed an online order for 2 pizzas. They were backed up with online orders and plenty of unhappy customers. Pizzas were being burned and thrown away then the order sent back to the beginning. One guy just wanted his burnt pizza so he didn’t have to continue waiting. The manager was freaking out at the young employees who were trying their best under the pressure of the angry customers. Total chaos. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half before leaving without our second pizza (first pizza came out after 30 minutes and was ruined by the amount of balsamic glaze poured on top). Never got a refund for the pizza we never received, which is why I was reaching out to customer service. Only left 2 stars because this was our favorite pizza place in the past when it’s running smoothly. Where’d the service go?

We ordered take-out. 2 of 3 pizzas we ordered were wrong. Sauces for cheese sticks was forgotten. Not very impressed. Especially since one of the pizzas was for a vegetarian and we were given a multi meat pizza instead.

There was a newby handling the order and missed an important piece for garlic cheesy bread. It took over 45 mins for the order to be fixed.

Very busy tonight. Staff struggled with keeping orders straight. Our pizzas were burned, along with many others. And the pieces that weren’t too charred tasted terrible. When staff have to check the bottom of the pizzas to see if they can be served makes one wonder if they should be cooking pizzas.
Great pizza with good price. Recommend.
