I love the store and the drinks, but its Tuesday and it says they’re open. I drove over there twice. The 2nd time it says Tuesday to Saturday 11-7 but i go in and see a paper saying “Tuesday - closed” bit on google it says ur open. Fix that, and stop changing ur hours its a bit annoying honestly. ty☺️

There are great drinks but the menu is limited! I hope they expand the menu in the near future. However, prices are a little overrated here just for one boba drink.

Starting off with the food. The boba tastes like a complete janitors closet rubbed in stinky socks. The pearls tasted like circular candle wax and they were deformed into inappropriate shapes. Next with the service and atmosphere. I myself and a part of the Mexican culture as well as my son, Juan. However I have adopted an Asian girl, Lin. As I was ordering I noticed a sketchy man eyeing down my daughter like a dirty vulture. As my kids and I were waiting for our order to be done, the employees were looking and laughing at us while speaking a language I am not familiar with but my daughter was laughing with them looking at us. I felt betrayed. I guess my daughter understood what they were saying. They called my name to grab the drinks and my daughter went up to grab them and the man that was eyeing her down SNATCHED HER and pulled her to the back. Then he had three big black men come out from the back come and start stomping on my little boy, Juan. I was startled and ran off as the big black men began chasing me throughout the mall. I ran as if my life depended on it. Ever since last Monday I have not seen my kids. I have reported this to the police and they refuse to do anything about it and not believe my gut wrenching situation. Please never go to this boba place. Stay safe you guys. ❤️

I was very quickly and kindly greeted by the young girl running the till, just as she greeted the customers before me and after me. Once the line was gone, I was very surprised to hear the owner yelling at her about how she wasn’t communicating with the customers. The owner continued to berate the young girl for 15 minutes straight. The girl did a great job and I wouldn’t have even know she was in training until I heard the owner mention it. There are more effective ways to train your employees than yelling at them. If you’re so concerned about your staff losing you customers - look in the mirror. Because listening to how you treat your employees is what’s making you lose this customer.

My boba was delicious, but having to listen to the owner berate the teenage girl working the till ruined the experience. She was doing just fine and is learning. If you’re so concerned with “customer experience,” maybe don’t make your customers feel so uncomfortable having to listen to you being a terrible person.

The food was not even good! The service was terrible the employees thought they were so entitled especially this little Asian boy! He was throwing boba scraps at me which he grabbed off the floor! Unbelievable! The atmosphere smelt like rice and beans and ramen I could not get over the smell of the kids farting at me. As well as the kids cussing behind me and my daughters. Please never go here! Also as I was ordering they were laughing at me while talking in Asian languages I can not personally understand. I think they do not allow Mexican because of the vulgar language in Asian and the looks I was given. I could not express how I felt I just wanted some boba which was disgusting. I felt unwanted because of my race, please save your time and go to McDonald’s they have better boba. This was to expensive it was 28$ for 1 boba scrap that I seen them grabbing off the floor which has puke on it with a napkin covering it. My child with a wheel chair and scoliosis brace could not fit in to order herself because there walls were not wide enough. I can’t believe this disgusting place never coming again! I found the boy and took a picture so that you can be safe make sure you stay away. Thank you, Lisa Anderson

This is the only bubble tea place in Rapid City. We had the smoothie boba tea at the New Asia Express and it was horrible so we had to try this one. This one was further back by At Home instead of being inside the food court so you can miss it if you don’t go towards At Home. The drinks here are made with freshly brewed tea which is how bubble teas are supposed to be made with so you can actually taste the tea. It’s not that nasty powdery, artificial stuff you will find at fake bubble tea places. The boba pearls are also good, chewy and freshly made (unlike the nasty ones at New Asia Express). I say give it a try if you want some bubble teas. It’s not as great as the ones we have where we live but it passes.
