Bokujo Ramen offers a delightful dining experience with its delicious food, including the savory bison bone ramen and pork ramen with pork belly. The service is attentive, and the restaurant also has fun merchandise available. The mushroom foil and spicy cucumber are great starters, and customers thoroughly enjoyed the Miso, spicy miso, and tonkatsu ramens. The food and service were amazing, with everyone being so welcoming. The ramen and buns are SO good. The chef/owner, Justin, is inspiring and innovative, making world-class food that also builds up the community and sustains the land. The beef bone with mushroom and chili oil was amazing, as was the soy sauce egg. However, the prices are high, and some dishes may lack seasoning. The wait for the ramen can be long, and parking can be a challenge. The dining area is small, and parties of 3 or more may incur a wait.
