Fantastic people, amazing service, beautiful ramen. The quality of the food, the chef and staff was top notch. We saw the chef personally thank a family for their support as well as seat multiple parties 5 minutes before closing time without a sideways word. We also forgot our payment card on the table and the waitress came out and found us sitting in our car to return it to us. A little on the spendy side, but we had a great time. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

So gonna try to be unbiased . Pork bun was amazing . Ramen noodles were springy and delicious . The broth was good I had the bison bone broth my wife had the spicy miso . We felt both were missing something. Side note sake Mimosa is our new favorite .

I've had Ramen in a lot of cities, including east, and West Coast - this is some of the best I've ever had. The simplicity of the menu coagulation of ingredients, and the reasonable prices, all make this a wonderful place to stop if you're in Rapid - an unusual place to get Ramen I'm sure you're thinking. Got the oxtail Gyoza, which were OK but still over recommended try as it is a different taste. Would recommend the Yokohama pork belly Ramen over the original given the noodles and broth flavoring.

Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was kitchy. We had classic pork ramen and tagarashi salad. The portions are hugh. Best pork belly we've had in an entree. Ramen was even better the next day.

Who knew - some of the best ramen ever is in Rapid City! I had the signature beef bone, and my hubby had the bison, and both were seasoned perfectly, with creamy broth, lots of noodles and a soft boiled egg with just the right "runniness" to the yolk. The atmosphere had just enough Japanese kitchiness to be charming. We're coming back to camp this summer, and will definitely make the drive from Custer to Rapid for some fabulous ramen!
