We ordered to go boneless wings multiple times, it takes them an hour to have it ready and when you get it home you have missing or wrong items and the boneless wings are hard as a rock every time we go there! Its a disgrace to buffalo wild wings , I wish we had a corporate one, If you want good wings I suggest going to Wings and rings!!

Had to have our food remade for freshness after they forgot my wife's wings and unfortunately we didn't realize until we were all the way home. The remake was also wrong after I drove back and they told me I would have to wait longer for them to fix it. Not worth it.

On this day, I met with Renee for a small business meeting. We ordered food and drinks, and our server was absolutely awesome—a young, friendly girl with a big smile. Unfortunately, I forgot to get her name.
As we started our conversation over drinks—my beer and Renee’s margarita—we were enjoying ourselves when the young man who had welcomed us at the door and seated us suddenly returned. Without saying a word, he removed my beer glass and walked away. I was stunned. I still had about an inch of beer left. In shock, I looked at Renee and asked, “Did you see that?” He didn’t ask if I was done or even check the glass.
While we were still talking about what had just happened, the same man returned and reached for Renee’s glass—lifting it with two fingers, his middle finger inside the glass and pointer on the outside, like tweezers. Renee quickly reacted, saying, “Hey—I’m not done!” She had at least two inches of margarita left. He set the glass back down and said, “Oh, sorry, I thought it was just melted ice,” and walked off.
Otherwise, I wouldn’t hesitate to say he came off as unpleasant. The two-star rating reflects the balance—saved only by the excellent service of our kind waitress.

The food was just OK very small wings for the price. The service was absolutely terrible. Everyone from the hostess to the server to the food deliverer acted as if they were doing us a favor and we were an inconvenience. I wouldn't bother eating here.
The food was okay—we did the endless wings, which was a fun option, but none of the flavors I tried really stood out. Maybe I just didn’t pick the right ones, though I did sample three different kinds. One downside was how cold it was inside; everyone in our group felt it, and a few people even went out to grab coats from the car. We weren’t near the door either, just seated in the middle of the restaurant. On the bright side, our server was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and really on top of things. That definitely made the experience better!

If your looking for delicious wings. This isn't the place. Spent almost 50.00 dollars on carry out. The employee handed me my food, straight from the back. It was 10mins past my pick up time.
Figured hey atleast the food will be hot. Got home a few minutes later. And all my food was cold. I would of went back to get my money. But I wash pissed.
Get it together BW. The store wasn't even busy!!!! I purchased online make it right!!

Smash burgers i feel are some of the Best around! Wing flavors are good. Onion rings are good. Cheeseballs, Nachos are great. The ONLY thing we're unhappy with is, The A/C units are way to Damn COLD!!!!! Customers around us were FREEZING! WE WERE FREEZING!!! Waitress was semi attentive on us. Outside temp wasn't Hot, but in 70s, the inside was so damn cold, it made All foods cold! Listen to your Customers. Watch your Customers. Make them comfortable!
