We waited hour and half for a plate of wings and burger. Got the food and it was ice cold. And wasn't the right burger. For waiting over an hour you think food would be hot and fresh. Don't waste your time or your money.

Wings come out cold and with little to no sauce. Only way to get warm wings is for them to mess up your order and they rush them out. Waited at the door to be seated for 7 minutes with it not being busy. Waited another 8 minutes after being seated before leaving because we hadn't even been asked are drink order by then. Saw many employees standing around while we sat there waiting. Sadly if you want wings go to applebees the service and food is better.

I placed an order online at 12pm for pick up at 1:20pm and proceeded to wait in the lobby for 18min to get my order. Too long of a wait for a scheduled order. But they never care
For a Tuesday night it was pretty empty. Our waiter was great when we came in tonight, very attentive and happy to help. The food came out in a timely manner and was pretty good. We tried the new cajun and maple Chipotle sauces and really enjoyed them.

Good service, poor food. Rapid really needs a wingstop.

Ordered food for the family, got home, and realized they forgot my kids' fries. We shared some of ours with him, so all was OK. Food tasted decent, but it was cold after my 7-minute drive home. A few days later, we decided to give it another go because we wanted to try some other menu items. I decided to check the bag this time and saw they forgot my wife's burger, son's burger, and both kids' apple juices. They got the missing items for me, and I left 16 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. By the time I got home (7 minutes), everything was stone cold because of the long wait. When we got it all out, the boneless wings we ordered were barely sauced. Some of them had nothing on them at all, and we didn't order anything dry. The wings were hard as rocks, either being old or very overcooked. My wife ordered her burger without the hot peppers on it, and it was loaded with them. Even with removing them at home she could still feel the heat. After one bad experience and another extremely bad experience, we decided we won't be ordering from here again, and will make sure we let friends and family know to avoid it.

⁰Ordered 65 dollars worth of food for pickup. Had to wait 25 minutes for the food then they gave it to someone else. BWW didn't give us any utensils to eat the fudge cake ( dry and gross tasting). Ordered loaded ice cream and all we got was a scoop of vanilla ice. The girl working the front was nice but could definitely tell she didn't want to be at work. Will definitely think twice before doing BWW in rapid city

Waitress was nice enough but only came and got our drink orders, food orders, and brought our food and when we needed to pay our bill. We had a group of 8 and half of us got our food and the other half (which my food was part of) had to wait about 6 more mins. My food was room temperature cold. My boys love BWW but this will be the last time we come to the rapid location.

I went on Tuesday to take advantage of the Buy 1 Get 1 Half Off. my whole issue is the celery. First, they did not bring it. The young lady who brought our wings didn’t stick around to see if we had everything. After 10 or so minutes, our waiter came around to check. They brought them quickly, but half of the celery sticks were rotten - as in mushy and not edible. Unfortunately, I had dipped one in ranch and took a bite before I knew it. I’ve always like BDubs but thinking about making the switch the competition.

Got Food Poisoning!!!!!! We are guessing from the ranch cause that's the only thing me and my daughter had that my son and husband did not.

I like that there’s a bww out here but tonight they disappointed me. Went to pick up and when I got home I was sad to find the boneless wings were about the size of a quarter and they had forgotten the marinara sauce for the mozz sticks. Ever eaten mozzarella sticks without sauce? It’s a very depressing experience. In addition it’s clear the fries were well beyond their serve time. They were so cold and dry they had obviously sat in the fry warmer for ten minutes before being added to the bag. :( Be warned

Last Friday, November 1, we placed an online order to be picked up at 5:30. When my wife arrived she found out that they had a new cashier and she accidentally deleted our order…it happens. Chuck, the manager on duty, put in a rush order and let my wife know that she wouldn’t be charged. On Tuesday my wife noticed that er account had been charged. I called today and spoke to Erin the General Manager. I gave her a little bit of info..including the wrong amount…she was more than patient in helping us figure it out. She explained that standard procedure is that the card gets billed and then returned back in a couple days. This is the kind of customer service that you rarely see anymore. Erin and Chuck went above and beyond to get this figured out for us. This wasn’t a small order as we were going to friends that night. It seems these days all you hear is mostly negative comments about people or business’s. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for great food and most importantly great customer service.

It was okay. I used to work at Buffalo wild wings. I can tell when someone took wings from the warming drawer and just refried them. The sauce was good as always, chips were burnt because they likely didn't use the basket or over loaded the fryer. I usually don't leave reviews like this but it should be known that for the price the quality is pretty terrible. 10 wings for 18 dollars but being old gross wings is crazy, please respect the customer more than that, server was less than grateful for the table. I still tipped well but what a waste

Very disappointing and disturbing experience on Sunday, 9/29. Bar and wait staff were clearly either woefully untrained, or deeply unhappy to be working there. As I went to the bar to order a beer I was waiting an inordinate amount of time to be noticed by the bartender. I was then rudely told by a young server, “You can’t stand there.” Told her I just wanted to get a beer. Her extremely snarky reply was, “Well, tell the bartender” as she walked away. I was astonished at her rudeness and air of self-importance. I would have gladly told the bartender had the bartender turned to face customers rather than straightening out glasses at the backbar and looking up and watching a game on the TV. Ah, the rudeness, disrespect, lack of manners and unprofessionalism of the Gen Z, 20+ youth, and especially that of the self-appointed enforcer waitress. Sadly, that appears to be the new normal, at least at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Food was mediocre at best. The wings (had three different types) certainly did NOT meet the level of the signature food for a place supposedly specializing in them. Tasted no better than pre-cooked bar food. Clearly not a place we would ever return to. If I wanted to be treated this rudely and eat so-so food I’d dine at my ex-wife’s.
(NOTE: Kia at the host desk was wonderful. Polite, professional, and clearly committed to serving the customers well. Too bad that all stopped after him.)
