I just went for a pick up order supposed to be ready by 11:10. We didn’t get our food until 11:40, after watching several people pick up their orders and get their food after sitting down.
Not only that, but the food was cold and we had 4 items missing. Very disappointing.

Great place to watch sports. Burger was crisp; buns were a little soft, but didn’t fall apart; some veggies; fries were thin & crispy. Wings were flavorful.; tater tots were soft. $20 for the Pick 6 was a great price for 2 meals.

We ordered to go boneless wings multiple times, it takes them an hour to have it ready and when you get it home you have missing or wrong items and the boneless wings are hard as a rock every time we go there! Its a disgrace to buffalo wild wings , I wish we had a corporate one, If you want good wings I suggest going to Wings and rings!!
Nice and quiet on a weekday afternoon. Good brewed iced tea.

Had to have our food remade for freshness after they forgot my wife's wings and unfortunately we didn't realize until we were all the way home. The remake was also wrong after I drove back and they told me I would have to wait longer for them to fix it. Not worth it.

On this day, I met with Renee for a small business meeting. We ordered food and drinks, and our server was absolutely awesome—a young, friendly girl with a big smile. Unfortunately, I forgot to get her name.
As we started our conversation over drinks—my beer and Renee’s margarita—we were enjoying ourselves when the young man who had welcomed us at the door and seated us suddenly returned. Without saying a word, he removed my beer glass and walked away. I was stunned. I still had about an inch of beer left. In shock, I looked at Renee and asked, “Did you see that?” He didn’t ask if I was done or even check the glass.
While we were still talking about what had just happened, the same man returned and reached for Renee’s glass—lifting it with two fingers, his middle finger inside the glass and pointer on the outside, like tweezers. Renee quickly reacted, saying, “Hey—I’m not done!” She had at least two inches of margarita left. He set the glass back down and said, “Oh, sorry, I thought it was just melted ice,” and walked off.
Otherwise, I wouldn’t hesitate to say he came off as unpleasant. The two-star rating reflects the balance—saved only by the excellent service of our kind waitress.
