Ordered take out and when I arrived ten minutes after the told time my food was to be picked up, I still had to wait another 20 minutes and there were items to my order missing. I called and was told they’d start them and it’d be ready when I got there mind you I live 15 mins away and food still wasn’t ready when I got there.

My family and I had poor service, food was luke warm to cold, and brought us our drinks. They brought 2 right drinks and 2 wrong drinks. It took forever to get napkins and silverware.

We used to come here quite often for the last 8 years. Unfortunately, they have only gone down hill. Food is dry and the wait time is HORRENDOUS. We sat for over an hour waiting for a server to see us while the seats around us were filled and the others were brought their food. They are not busy and we are STILL waiting... Do NOT come here if you have less than 2hrs to eat.

John did a great job. He needs to retrain his coworkers to ask customers if they want food. I was waiting for an hour to order food until John came in to save the day. Wings need more sauce too.Edit: visit again today and decided to re-rate 5/5. Much better service today. Wings had sauce and quick service.
We ordered takeout and these folks are on it! My order was ready on time and packaged perfectly. They were missing a sauce, but immediately corrected it. Bdub has the best chocolate cake and I always order it. I didn't like that our ice cream was packed up and placed on top of the cake in the container (smashed a circle into the cake), but it didn't stop me from eating it either!! Great job overall!

Came here for lunch so I wasn't hangry while we did errands. Waitress was courteous and fast. While it's not on the menu, they made the Buffalitos that my GF loves. Food came out quick and waitress made sure we got everything we needed. Great food and service.
