Unbelievable! Ordered in the app and received 4 tiny onion rings for the value size for $2.09. Tried to report issue in the app and was just thanked for reporting the issue. Called the store and asked if that quantity was normal. Manager then hung up on me. I will drive 50 miles to avoid ever ordering at the Jackson Blvd location ever again!!!!

I went to the lacrosse st Burger King for the fiery mozzarella sticks they canāt get it right at all they were cold and gave me the original. So I went to this one they were super nice and I got the right ones there were hot and I had no wait, and they came in the right box. By far the best Burger King in town.

My familyās experience started off decent the had a burger I wanted still advertised on the store windows but was told they no longer make it was fine I found a replacement we ordered our food got our drinks and sat down after about 40 minutes of waiting and watching people go through the drive through and door dash orders getting picked up I decided to go up to the counter and ask how much longer our food was going to be (two antsy hungry 10 year olds) stood there for a solid five minutes one guy was in the back and he was stocking paper towels and ignoring my presence the back door opened and everyone finished there smoke break and came in the guy I order from asked what else he could get me and I said Iām still waiting on my food and he said oh thatās what those extra burgers were for I just stood there confused a lady came up to refund my food she couldnāt figure it out they asked if I still wanted my food and I replied yes if it will be made quick donāt want to wait another hour at this point they slap our order together after we had to tell them what it was because someone deleted it they brought it to the counter I took it to the table sat down no fryās supposed to have 4 orders two kids myself and my wife no cheesy tots or whatever they are called get the missing items and start eating I definitely got the burger that was sitting at the end of the make line hard dry bun my wife ordered and chicken bacon Swiss sandwich she didnāt get bacon on it topped off with stale cold frys and mozzarella fires that looked like a bad option from the gas station that had been in the warmer for some hours lol my children both got ice cream with there meals we never received it all in all a horrible experience with incompetent staff that just brushed it off like it was nothing we were the only people in the store we will definitely not ever be going back the manager refunded me some cash from the till because my order with my card had been deleted

Drive thru took 20 minutes - rude at the drove up window - forgot to give us a whopper junior. Worst fast food experience I've ever had.
Very long wait in the drive thru. 20 minutes in line + 5 minute wait at the window just to be handed the wrong order and had to redo my order no apologies or recognition of the issue. Very messy and dirty interior that can all be seen easily from the window. Very poor service even for these days.

I came in for breakfast š³. Ordered a #6. They asked me what size drink I wanted, I ordered unsweetened tea small. I get to the register and it's $9.41 Small unsweetened tea, a small tater tots bag and a small sandwich. Terrible deal, the drink is an upsell of $1.49. What a totally bad deal. The meal wasn't worth $5.00 They will continue to overcharge if you keep paying for it.

My daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite and sort of an early lunch between errands and appointments. Food was as expected at Burger King. Service was slow. There was no ice in the fountain pop machine. That issue was never addressed in the time my daughter and I were present. Every customer that came through had to resort to a drink with no ice. There were no napkins. There were no ketchup containers by the ketchup dispenser.

I donāt ever leave reviews but this is just too ridiculous not to say something. My family and I just went through the drive thru to get breakfast before our busy day. My two daughters got French toast sticks and I got them as well. The French toast sticks were completely raw! My kids can get very sick over this and I am currently pregnant and if I get sick over this I could lose my baby!

The food was indebile, cold, and stale. The food when we recieved was supposed to be as described as "Burger King emphasizes its burgers as being made with "100% beef, no fillers, no preservatives, no additives, no nonsense" and highlights the "savory flame-grilled beef."The burgers and fries are in deed not as describe, were awful. After taking not only two bites of our burgers and fries, we threw up our food. This is extremely upsetting and awful for a burger joint.
