I don’t ever leave reviews but this is just too ridiculous not to say something. My family and I just went through the drive thru to get breakfast before our busy day. My two daughters got French toast sticks and I got them as well. The French toast sticks were completely raw! My kids can get very sick over this and I am currently pregnant and if I get sick over this I could lose my baby!

The food was indebile, cold, and stale. The food when we recieved was supposed to be as described as "Burger King emphasizes its burgers as being made with "100% beef, no fillers, no preservatives, no additives, no nonsense" and highlights the "savory flame-grilled beef."The burgers and fries are in deed not as describe, were awful. After taking not only two bites of our burgers and fries, we threw up our food. This is extremely upsetting and awful for a burger joint.

Got real honest to god violent food poisoning here after eating nothing all day except a burger here. 3-4 hours later I was considering calling an ambulance.

Okay, your employees need to do better! Lately I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. Tonight I made a mobile order and I asked the drive thru cashier to exchange the sesame seed bun on the Whopper out for a potato bun because I can't have seeds and she didn't relay the message and my whopper has the seed bun. I checked it before we left and I took it back in and they made me one with the right bun.
They need to add an option to swap out the bun on the app.
I also ordered an 8pc cheesy tots and didn't realize they weren't in the bag until I got home.
The employees need to pay more attention and make sure all of the items get to the customer and they need to actually be listening to the customer at the drive thru and acknowledge the customer after they place their order or tell them they have a mobile order. This is probably the 8th time in a row where I have waited for them to acknowledge me after I tell them I have a mobile order and they just say pull up to the window after I wait.
It is unprofessional how sometimes they are just goofing off in there too.

Always serve cold fries and onion rings
The food was cold, and several of the soda dispensers were empty. We usually enjoy Burger King, but the experience was disappointing.

Awful experience. Took over 15 minutes to get a burger and nuggets. Not busy inside. Maybe they were prioritizing drive-thru? The kind of visit that makes you lose a customer.

I was very disappointed with my visit to BK on Jackson Blvd. First off, I want to say the lady at the front counter was fairly nice when ordering. However, it went down hill from there! It took them 20 minutes to get my food out to me & I only had 2 kids burgers, a regular burger, 10 chicken nuggets & 3 fries. Plus, while I was waiting for my order, there were teenage/young people standing around doing nothing & one kid was talking on the phone while putting together a burger! The drive thru was backed up. There was no organization or leadership at this restaurant!! I am very disappointed…not sure if I’ll return!
