Deciding on going to the Burger King nearest to our home was a horrible idea. Though we went through the drive thru to order our meal. I specifically took my time to order for our family of 5, as well as reading our order on the display board and the order taker even verified verbally that our order was placed correctly. We pulled up to the windows, paid for our order and waited almost 10 minutes for our order while we observed through the window that the employees and manager were wasting time, conversing and delaying to handle our food as it sat waiting to be bagged. After finally receiving our food and driving all the way home we sorted through our purchased items and noticed our order was incorrect. Toppings that were meant to be removed were not removed even after all of our specific ordering process had already been verified.
Upset about the entire experience a family member refused to eat their food, throwing their entire meal away.
Wasted funds. Wasted time. Though I doubt anything will be done to rectify their efforts, I doubt our family will make a return any time soon. If ever.

If I was the franchisee I would be embarrassed of this place.
3 workers on a Saturday lunch service manager in dirty clothes not friendly or helpful not only to customers but her staff. Dirty tables everywhere ketchup container completely empty, tbe drain catch below the drink and condiment station completely filthy.
Only 1 other customer inside i stood there and watched my burger with vegetables and stale chicken fries under the burner for 10 minutes the cook noticed but did nothing tbe manager once again nowhere to be helpful.
This place probably needs a city inspection check and I dought it would pass!
If your the franchisee reading this you should take more pride in your restaurant.

Burger King isn’t what it used to be, and the Rapid City locations really drive that home. Service is consistently slow, the dining rooms and drive-thrus feel worn-out and neglected, orders frequently come out wrong or missing items, and the staff seem overwhelmed or indifferent. Most frustrating of all are the prices—they’ve jumped dramatically while portion sizes and overall experience have gone in the opposite direction. You’re paying premium fast-casual prices for a standard that’s fallen well below even basic fast-food expectations. There are much better values in town these days.

Went inside today and no one wanted to take my order, no one at the counter, three employees. If they don't want to take my order, I definitely don't want them making my food.

I forgot how good a flame broiled burger could be. Liked the added BBQ brisket on top. The Ciniminis were a pleasant treat. TY for the blessing. Enjoyed my dide in experience.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience
I walked into Burger King and was immediately hit with the sight of trash everywhere, not a single clean table in an empty dining room, and sticky floors—it looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. When I approached the counter, the employee greeted me with “What do you want?”—no professionalism whatsoever. I was laughed at for ordering an item they no longer carry. To top it all off, I just saw a video circulating on Facebook of an employee working with his hand down his pants. That sealed it. Never again will I eat at Burger King.

I swear no matter when I go here, no matter what I do-- I can order AN HOUR ahead online and I will still wait in the drive thru with no service then when you pull up they make you pull around and wait EVEN longer despite the one hour heads up. And they never seem to care
We went to the drive through and they only had one person taking care of both sides. Took them a little bit to take our order. But other than that they was quick to.get our food out.

Went on a Friday. One person inside & me. Few in the drive thru. 4 people cooking & taking orders. Guy at the counter waited on the guy before me, turned & started fixing the drive thru orders. Turned to me & said he'd be with me in a moment. Proceeded to keep fixing drive-thru bags. 3, then stopped & waited. More orders came out. 4-5 more bags put together. Should have taken a moment to at least take my order & get it into the mix. Nope! Kept fixing drive thru bags. 2 more people came in. We all waited until I finally left & went to Culver's. Excellent & fast service there.
I get there was not enough people working to handle it all, so if you can't do lobby & drive thru together, then close the lobby & just do drive thru. Don't make people wait forever & not even take an order. He never spoke to anyone in the lobby again before I left.
Just very bad service. I didn't mind waiting for a bit but not willing to wait for the drive thru rush to be over. Who knows how long that would have been.

Burger King is always consistent. They are struggling with getting workers, so it's a little longer wait, when you go be patient, they are they, and they are trying
Unbelievable! Ordered in the app and received 4 tiny onion rings for the value size for $2.09. Tried to report issue in the app and was just thanked for reporting the issue. Called the store and asked if that quantity was normal. Manager then hung up on me. I will drive 50 miles to avoid ever ordering at the Jackson Blvd location ever again!!!!
People are always really nice at this location.
