The poor whopper must have set for awhile. It was not fresh. Piece of bacon stuck to the bottom of the soggy bun. For $8.50 +/- this was not worth the money. Large fry and whopper with cheese $12.63. never again. Picture of piece of bacon added. I did not order bacon.

It would be nice for once to get a correct order from this location. I ordered an 8 piece chicken fry meal, asked for a small fry and a large drink. I had to repeat that i wanted a large drink 3 times and still got a medium. I also order a bacon double cheeseburger. I got a plain hamburger with bogging on it. Service here is a joke. 👎🏻

Appeared to be fully staffed but took over 25 minutes to get two simple meals and the assistant manager with the ponytail he was beyond rude and condescending if my wife and I wanted to pay our hard earned money to eat subpar food and be treated poorly by staff we would eat at wendys

I went through the drive through, and I ordered 2 meals although they did come out wrong accidents happen, I called the store and talked to the manager Toby and he made things right he’s a really good manager and was nice and understanding on the phone and was able to make a new order fresh. I appreciate that although they were busy he still made things right.

Waited 30 minutes for 4 items and then we got our order and it was missing one item and we had to go in again.The folks in the kitchen were just standing around and listen to music. Also 50% of the menu they do not have which is fun too.
Went to this location ordered a meal and a separate sandwich waited awhile was handed a bag drove off and noticed I was missing the other sandwich went back had to go thur drive Thur cause it was 11:30 at night waited in line again got to the window was handed another bag pulled away and they gave me someone else's order so for a 3rd time had to go back got the sandwich I looked in the bag before I pulled away and the employee was laughing thinking it was funny they messed up my order 3 times I'm gonna start going to the lacrosse location if I could give zero stars I would
