I asked for mushroom and Swiss grilled melt meal and the burger wasn't grilled the bread was not toasted and there were no mushrooms on it and the Swiss wasn't even melted.

On more then one occasion going to this location I've had items forgotten in my order and this time they missed my drink and to me seems like under filled my fries.

Although the staff was swamped and understaffed with an early dinner rush, they were able to clear all of their tickets and recover. Super impatient and angry customers were handled with grace and Justin jumped on and off the line to accommodate the register and kept the burgers moving. This(fast food) isn’t an easy job and often goes unnoticed. Thanks team.

Ordered food they took too slow and had a unprofessional attitude and served the guests behind first even tho our orders were similar in number of items…I will not be spending my money there anymore I’m very dissatisfied
I placed my order on the app I was given a time for it to be delivered by I always give a grace period. 10 minutes passed the delivery time, I called the delivery driver to get an update because I had received a notification that she had picked up my order, and she stated that she had been standing at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting for them to start making my order. I waited and waited and waited. By the time my order was finally delivered, it was almost 2 hours from when I placed the order and the driver kept apologizing to me and told me the place was empty but they were just standing around talking and not cooking or making anything. This particular store is never busy so I never understand why whenever I decide to get BK, it always takes forever. Poor service and poor quality food.
