Joaquin took my order through the drive through and was not only the NICEST Burger King employee I’ve talked to, but probably the nicest person I’ve ever talked to. He was so so so sweet and I didn’t realize the one on n lacrosse closed at 10. Got there at 9:50 (I am not that type of person so I felt really bad) he was so nice about all of it. Please give this man a raise.

Nothing but great things to say about Ernest. He was very pleasant upon arrival and greeted us with enthusiasm. The food was out very quick, everything hot and fresh. Ernest continued to have GREAT customer service and was so polite checking in to make sure we had an awesome experience. He appears to be a valuable team member. 5/5

Customer service was good she was very nice. We ordered two dragon flame grilled whoppers, neither came with bacon and was also cold. We also got one orignal dragon mozzarella and a fiery dragon mozzarella. She said it would take a minute for the fiery one so we pulled forward it took 15-20 minutes for our food to be brought out she said the rest of our food was on the warmer while the fiery dragon mozzarella fries were being cooked. We opened the bag all the food was cold and I ended up being giving the original mozzarella fries. Never got the fiery ones.
