Nothing but great things to say about Ernest. He was very pleasant upon arrival and greeted us with enthusiasm. The food was out very quick, everything hot and fresh. Ernest continued to have GREAT customer service and was so polite checking in to make sure we had an awesome experience. He appears to be a valuable team member. 5/5

Customer service was good she was very nice. We ordered two dragon flame grilled whoppers, neither came with bacon and was also cold. We also got one orignal dragon mozzarella and a fiery dragon mozzarella. She said it would take a minute for the fiery one so we pulled forward it took 15-20 minutes for our food to be brought out she said the rest of our food was on the warmer while the fiery dragon mozzarella fries were being cooked. We opened the bag all the food was cold and I ended up being giving the original mozzarella fries. Never got the fiery ones.

Making SURE everyone KNOWS about this place... I used to come here daily and get sausage whatever- half the time got BACON... so much so I'm DONE goin here. I'm now going to McDonald's where I GET what I ORDER!!!... Enjoy your NEXT job, when you LOSE this one because you're incompetent and the store closes!

I understand when people are busy rith the drive thru but recognize me and say I'll be right with you in 10 minutes. Don't have me standing there with my code ready to use my BK app. Ridiculous. Now I have to go eat somewhere expensive because what else is there around here? Thanks a lot. My old rating was 5 stars. Horrible service!!!
