Joaquin took my order through the drive through and was not only the NICEST Burger King employee I’ve talked to, but probably the nicest person I’ve ever talked to. He was so so so sweet and I didn’t realize the one on n lacrosse closed at 10. Got there at 9:50 (I am not that type of person so I felt really bad) he was so nice about all of it. Please give this man a raise.
Nothing but great things to say about Ernest. He was very pleasant upon arrival and greeted us with enthusiasm. The food was out very quick, everything hot and fresh. Ernest continued to have GREAT customer service and was so polite checking in to make sure we had an awesome experience. He appears to be a valuable team member. 5/5
I asked for mushroom and Swiss grilled melt meal and the burger wasn't grilled the bread was not toasted and there were no mushrooms on it and the Swiss wasn't even melted.
