Food was warm and on par for Chilis. There was either not enough staff to serve our party or the restaurant did a poor job of prioritizing even maintenance-level service like drinks. We were there well over 30 minutes without refills, and the restaurant was empty. Do not recommend it for larger parties (20+) based on our experience.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarians will have to order sides and manually assemble any warm meal. Pescatarians do have options.

Sadly wasn't a good experience. We had burgers that weren't cooked to our liking and tasted just horrible. The fried mozzarella was good and our drinks. I was gonna pay for the burgers but they did comp them. The experience at the beginning wasn't good either. Place needs work for sure.

It's noticeably more expensive than Applebees across the street and the food isn't as good. Also 18% gratuity as the minimum of the three default options. That seems a bit manipulative.

I have been to many of these over the years and their quality sways dramatically. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. The staff were really nice and attentive, the food came out quick, and everything was delicious. I would go back again.

We came here for dinner while traveling and I will never go back I was very disappointed. Our server rang up our food and then rang it to the wrong table and had to come back to get all our orders again. I got family members who ordered a burger and it was so hot it made them tear up and the other sick from his acid reflux. She forgot our drinks and never got refills after we got them. We also have someone who has tomato allergy and they put it on the food after it was specified no tomatoes. Do better chilis

Food cold. Arrived and picked up before even getting the alert also. Missing food items. Hard to eat fajitas without any tortillas.... Just major fail. Go to Applebees across the street.

Thank you for helping me waste my time thinking that I was coming in to a business that wants to serve people. I was wrong!! Sat for more than 10minutes and never saw anyone but the two workers at the bar on a cellphone. They looked up right when we decided to leave and NEVER return to this establishment. I deleted my chilis app and the manager on duty should be ashamed of his/her staff. The hostess should’ve sat us in an area that someone was working in since everyone else got service and we was ignored. Glad to give my business to Applebees since they are happy to serve us our dinner for the night.
