I came in this afternoon, and the busser was slamming chairs down, being very loud, which ended up giving me a splitting headache. The food was what you'd usually expect at Chili's, although greasier than other Chili's I've been to. My brother is very sensitive to smells, and this place had one of the most horrid. It's hard to describe, but if I had to, I'd say it smelled like a nursing home. If you're in the area and craving Chili's, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

We came to chilis for my birthday! Our waitress, Fawn, was AMAZING. She was checking in on us throughout our meal. We mentioned it was my birthday and we ordered a cake. She brought out a bag of chips for us, fresh to take home. Our service was amazing. Love Chilis 😋💗

This place is terrible. As soon as we walked in we thought we should leave.... unfortunately we didn't. The place smells like it needs to be cleaned. It kinda smelled like a nursing home honestly. The food was terrible and I've been throwing up all night. Never going to this place again. I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. I shouldn't have eaten the 5 bites I did eat...

Dropped by yesterday with my 8-month-old. The seating hostess took really great care of us. I didn’t catch her name, but she had dark hair and some very cool piercings (hope she gets some kind of perk for me mentioning her!). Also, nice clean bathroom with a good changing table.
Sadly we waited forever at our table and our server refused to even take our drink order. We waited over 15 minutes to just be ignored.

I took my son here for lunch. The service was ridiculous. We sat for awhile while servers proceeded to walk by us. After we finally got served I took my son to the bathroom to come back to a cleared table. Pretty ridiculous. Its not hard to tell that the drinks are fresh, utensils are clean, and the napkins are still new. We decided to go elsewhere. Seems like communication is a big problem in this establishment.
