You get ripped off if you don't eat meat. Instead off substituting chicken for beans I get no chicken (which I could of gave to someone else) I get a up charge. And they forgot half the ingredients on the salad!

The burger was fantastic, and fries were absolutely great with Cajun seasoning on them, and the service was amazing!! Highly recommended. The mozzarella planks were out of this world and huge! I also loved their dragonfruit juice. The chips and salsa were quite wonderful as well, and fresh! No complaints and plenty of refills. I will be back.

Waitress' were doing their best but forgot a few items ordered and had to remake a meal. The payment system is horrendous. We were a party that needed 6 separate tickets and we were handed a machine and told to select our items from a list of the whole group. Unfortunately if you order the 3 for me the machine does not select those items for you. We had such a mess and the waitress' were too busy to really help and would nit give us physical tickets. Our group ended up having to venmo eachother to rectify the differences. Probably will avoid in the future.

Placed a to-go order this evening and it was ready quick. The food was ok- ordered quesadillas and they didn’t come with anything (salsa, sour cream, etc) which was a disappointment.

Good location, servers were polite and attentive, food was good according to everyone in my party. The only notes are that the 6-top tables are on the smaller side, more like a large 4-top that they added two more seats to. The next note was that the bill was only available on the tabletop kiosk but we were not informed of that until we had called our server over as the bill was taking a while. Overall, good experience and would go again

We rarely visit Chili's in Orlando because we are blessed with so many restaurant choices. But this Chili's provided an excellent experience. The food and service were good, and the prices are a good value. I'd be happy to return here.
