They made my order wrong. I called to let them know & was never offered anything to fix it. Lame

The food is great but the service sucks. They put extra stuff in our bag so we thought it wasn’t our order. We brought it up to them to trade out, and we weren’t upset. The blonde chick that helped us was so rude. She explained to me that they put the muffins in there as extra. I said oh, got ya! Thanks. She sneered and shut her little drive thru window on us.
If you’re going to get food here, I recommend using DoorDash.

Love this place! Not only are the food is scrumptious and the service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend.

Last few times I’ve gone the pizza bagels have been terrible. They used to be crispy with perfectly melted cheese. Lately they appear to have thrown in a microwave and come out incredibly greasy and doughy. And to top it off I ordered a large hot drink and they only filled it 2/3’s of the way. Wouldn’t recommend anymore.

Solid place

I ordered the tasty turkey is was good but at the drive through I asked for extra onion then I pulled up to the window she was very nice asked if I still wanted extra onion I said yes I got the food drove off and then when I opened it there was not a single onion on there and there was a huge piece of cumcuber that was like 2inches thick was very confused and disappointed because I really love this place next time I know never to ask for extra onion because they will not put any on there.

I absolutely love this place. When I went to the high school next door this was my go-to spot. Einsteins has never failed and when I forgot my wallet (one time, I was rushing) they offered to pay for my meal. (They got a $20 tip the next day) I would just like to emphasize that this was the one place I had to eat at the day before my wedding because I just love it so much that there's nothing else to compare it to. Thank you Einsteins and all the staff, who constantly give my mornings a good jump start to the day with their positivity! ❤️❤️❤️

My order was to be ready at 9:40 am and it is now 10:56. No order yet. Will never come again and will not recommend.
