Service is great. Had a rush order of two coffee carafes and they turned around that order quickly- fast , friendly & professional
Food looks good, but she was so overworked and in a bad mood. I felt bad for her as she threw the food my way.
Update: each of the 13 bagels was stale. Probably baked and left out overnight. I won't go back.

Awful! Extremely dissatisfied. I am not usually one to write reviews. But this experience was lack luster at best. I placed an order ahead to be ready for pickup at 7:30 for 12 bagels sandwiches. When I got there at 7:32 they had not even started making it. Then one worker proceeded to make them all while others just stood around and watched. I expressed that I was in a hurry. Now I’m running late for an important meeting because of their poor planning. What is the point of placing an order ahead. Never again!!!
