Worked at coldstone and have been a frequent customer and this is the worst one I have been to. They barely put any toppings in. Even after asking for more toppings it was still wayyyyy less than anyone I have ever seen and they charged extra. The employees all seemed new and under trained.

According to my receipt a gal named Carley helped us out today. She was AMAZING! So kind, friendly, and the best with my kiddos. Ice cream was delicious. I am so glad this reopened up!

Ordered for pickup, my husband’s ice cream was perfect besides the fact he ordered a chocolate covered cone and got a bowl (no big deal it’s whatever just would’ve been good to know). My ice cream had 1 oreo and 1 kitkat in it, if I’m paying almost an extra $1 per topping I’d expect at least a little more than that, also the cookie dough was no where to be found just chocolate chips. Would probably visit again, but this time watch them make it 100%.
