Was our first time trying crumble. It was kinda late around 9pm. My girls were super excited to pick out cookies and eat them. Well It was my first time ordering on the screen and I forgot to tip. Upon getting our order the first employee was a young boy he said to the 2nd employee who was a teenage girl “You should just drop those cookies on the floor.” “I would” The teenage girl just smiled at us and handed us our crumble box. I did not appreciate that at all since he said it out loud for all to hear.

The customer service was amazing! I emailed this location asking for a special touch to my order because I was having them delivered to my family with a surprise message. Abby emailed me back so quickly and was happy to help me! She wrote exactly what I wanted on the box and even emailed me a picture so I could see what it looked like before it got delivered. I bake a lot and am honestly not *that* impressed by Crumbl cookies usually, but the customer service at this location has made me a big fan :)
