The customer service was amazing! I emailed this location asking for a special touch to my order because I was having them delivered to my family with a surprise message. Abby emailed me back so quickly and was happy to help me! She wrote exactly what I wanted on the box and even emailed me a picture so I could see what it looked like before it got delivered. I bake a lot and am honestly not *that* impressed by Crumbl cookies usually, but the customer service at this location...
I love how easy the self ordering kiosk is. I'm always greeted when I come in and the service is quick. I do wish that sometimes I could have the cookies cut without having to purchase the cutter itself. In the meantime though the minis are fantastic!
