“Back to 5 star service, you guys are awesome!
I thought I'd previously given this place 5 stars, as I usually get amazing service here. Tonight however, the guy up front acted like I was there to steal an order when I'm in here daily delivering, and there was 2 customers that had orders messed up while I was standing there. Hopefully this doesn't become one of the restaurants that people hate picking up from! We have a list in the city's chat group of places that a good majority of the people who care and take the time to give 5 star service are in of all the places to avoid. Be better!“
“Staff is friendly. Tried to get a banana split but after seeing the green banana said I couldn’t eat a green banana. Reordered something else. Felt bad, but was not an issue. They do offer a military discount if you are not using a coupon.“
“If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The Dairy Queen in the mall is one of the cleanest that I’ve been in and each time I’ve been in there (and believe me, I’m there a LOT) the staff has been nothing but kind to me! The only bad experience I’ve had at this location has been with bad workers but thankfully the rotten ones don’t seem to last long 😉. I (begrudgingly) remember one lady who worked there for while (very nasty to me.. some i name or whatnot) even her negativity couldn’t keep this Dairy Queen crew down 🙂. Keep up the fantastic work you guys!“
“Had to find something quick for my daughter after an appt today. Went past three fast food places that all had long lines - 12:15 pm. DQ didn’t have a line. One car had just ordered and pulled up when it was our turn. Ordered her meal and pulled forward, two cars pulled in behind us. The other car was getting their meal and pulled away. Handed them the money and got her drink right away. Was given my change and her meal. Asked for ketchup- pulled away. I was there less than 4 minutes from time I to the lot until I pulled out. Extremely friendly staff. My daughter commented on her burger being hot, and loved the flavor of everything. I turned right and hadn’t gone 30 feet the car that had been right behind me pulled out into the street. Quick!!! This place ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“
