Very rude staff, the manager seems like she hates her job and takes it out on customers and her young employees. Smells terrible in there.

$5.69 for a mini blizzard is unacceptable. Should be $2-$2.50. Why would I spend that much when I can get an entire container at the grocery store for the same price?

Dq more like geeked-q, ordered a Oreo cupfection, 0 Oreo, half the cup was empty 40% strait vanilla icecream and 60% air. Zesty queso pretzel fire doh.🫩

Disappointment all the way around.. out of practically everything and the wait time is RIDICULOUS. There are better DQs in the area, avoid this one if at all possible. 😡

Staff is friendly. Tried to get a banana split but after seeing the green banana said I couldn’t eat a green banana. Reordered something else. Felt bad, but was not an issue. They do offer a military discount if you are not using a coupon.

Food was fine… once you finally get it. Service is awful, however. First off… The lady at the front was so slow, had no emotion and you couldn’t hear anything she was saying. I ordered a blizzard and they never called out my number after 20 minutes. I mentioned it to one of the workers and I said I was waiting on my order to which he looked at the screen and said ok and looked like he was going to make it. So I wait there and watched the whole time and after 10 more minutes… nothing. Finally I go to the front and kindly see if I can get my money back since I needed to leave. I go up to the counter and another man who looked like the manager looked at my receipt and rudely said to me “ oh that was sitting there and melting all over the place… we finally threw it away. I’ll make another one though!” and he slammed a cup down and made my blizzard. I was standing there the whole time and neither my number nor my order was ever called out! They must have mixed up the numbers or the name or something?? I couldn’t believe how rude he was to me. After spending over 30 dollars here and waiting so long, I’m extremely disappointed in how rude and unprofessional the employees are. I used to love coming here with my Grandma back in the 90s.. so many great memories. But this one time kind of ruined it for me which is pretty sad. I won’t be coming back here for quite some time or until there is new management and employees. So disappointed.

Guy sounded super snippy like he just wanted to get the order over with. Got ice cream and 2 orders of cheese curds. One order is cooked the other isnt. 2nd time being here and not happy. The first time I ordered a 6pc chicken strip w fries to share w my little one and the strips were extremely tiny and there were barely any fries at all. For 13 dollars thats ridiculous. We barely had a snack each. When the other location gives large chicken stripe and a good amount of fries for your money. Disappointed.

They were closed, cleaning and no longer taking orders about 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Love their ice cream but every time we visit, the wait is ridiculous, and the staff seems miserable. The drive through seems to be busy every time we visit yet the restaurant seems to be understaffed every visit. Do better for your employees so they can do better for your customers.

Whole place had a dark atmosphere, nobody greeted us and the cashier had no emotion what so ever, good food overall just TERRIBLE customer service 👎

Forgot our drinks, did not check with us when we waited at the window. Just kinda looked at us like a deer in the headlikes a couple times before we drove off.
