Took me a half hour just to get a blizzard Will not go back

The lady in the front was so rude. The restaurant was dirty inside and had a bad atmosphere all around.

Usually during lunch, every couple of days, my girlfriend and I enjoy getting dairy queen. We order the same thing every time, i normally get a cheeseburger without mustard. Sometimes we have gone through and they have given us too many straws and no spoons vise versa. Sometimes they forgot ranch in our bag or mustard off my burger. This was inconvenient but we could move past it and continue eating. The other day we went through the drive through and got the same thing we always do. After parking and opening my burger i realized THERE WAS NO PATTY IN MY BURGER. There was cheese on the bread and pickles and ketchup, no mustard though, but no patty (pictured) . We headed back to the store and when we went inside and told the lady at the counter, she laughed? As a constant customer, i am NOT laughing. How do you forget the main ingredient of the burger? Also not to mention, the new burger had mustard on it.

Me and my partner found a lot of hair in our food. Service was pretty rude. The location is nice though.

Dairy Queen is one of the only fast food restaurants in town that I actually enjoy. The chicken tender dinner with gravy hits the spot every time. And you can follow it up with a Blizzard. Not any little bit healthy, but it is delicious.

The food is horrible. It looked decent. My burger wasn't crushed. But the meat was grey, fries were cold and hotdog was very small and boiled, not grilled. My burger had melted cheese. But it did NOT taste like real meat. Not grilled at all. Tasted like a boiled patty. Maybe microwaved? $13.50 for a small meal? Crazy! $5.00 for the chili dog. Total of $18.75??? I'll go to TxRdHs next time and get real steak, any 2 sides, fresh baked bread and peanuts for that price and still have money for the tip.

We love coming to Dairy Queen on Canyon Lake Dr. The food is always great and the manager Hunter is exceptional!

I got the $7 meal deal with chicken strips, but when I got my food, two of the chicken strips were frozen. Unbelievable, hire better workers.

My blizzard was a complete different color than advertised, still ate that shit up though because it’s ice cream. People were friendly too.

Our neighborhood DQ...it's always fun to get a cone or sundae here on a hot day. The manager and staff are always so nice!

My food was fine. I ordered from the app and it indicated that I need to go inside to pick k it up, never offering an option to use the drive-thru. I went inside to the pick up counter and stood there warching a younger gal behind the counter, about 5' from me, sipping on a beverage. She finally asks if she can help me, told her I'm picking up my order from the app. She retrieves it, I asked about using the drive thru instead, and she shrugged says "I don't know. I just work here." . FOR REAL!! I asked her if she thought maybe someone else who "just works here" might know, so she goes and asks an older lady who proceeded to explain to me how only Door Dash orders are required to be picked up inside, but regular ol' me can use the drive-thru anytime. Wowzers! What a trip.

The service is bad, The employees at this Dairy Queen have a terrible attitude -5 stars
