Back to 5 star service, you guys are awesome!
I thought I'd previously given this place 5 stars, as I usually get amazing service here. Tonight however, the guy up front acted like I was there to steal an order when I'm in here daily delivering, and there was 2 customers that had orders messed up while I was standing there. Hopefully this doesn't become one of the restaurants that people hate picking up from! We have a list in the city's chat group of places that a good majority of the people who care and take the time to give 5 star service are in of all the places to avoid. Be better!

Nothing but disappointment. Will NOT be going to this location again. In the 4 years I have gone to this location I have not had 1 good experience. Tonight was the last time we visited as it took 10 MINUTES to get a chicken strip basket, a basket with dry butter-less bread. The person ahead took a few minutes of the time but the remainder of the time we ended up staring at the chicken strip basket in the window for 5 minutes without the window even being opened to take payment. Nothing but disappointment and slow slacky service at this location.

Didn’t get what I ordered it was white ice cream when I ordered Royal blizzard ultimate chocolate brownie! I basically got chocolate chip ice cream! Then they wouldn’t answer the phone! Also ordered a snicker blizzard with chocolate soft serve

Half the time they don't show up on mobile orders. When they do, don't customize anything for you dietary allergies because you can guarantee they will ignore it, so lazy

20 dollars for the wrong blizzard and a thick hair (with the follicle still attached, gross) in the chicken strips.
Be careful when making an online order to this Cambell st Dairy Queen. I made a mobile order 7/14 and when I went to pick up my order the manager said they were cash only cause the systems were down. I couldn’t cancel my order cause there’s no way to in the app and the money was pulled from my account. They could have easily just given me my food but now I have to report fraud to my bank to get my money back. Will never go here again!
