Server was amazing. Food was just ok. Not worth the big price tag for the steak. Baked potato was undercooked. Cream brûlée however was amazing!

The food was delicious but be careful about the starters. We had 3 people in our group and ordered the scallops costing $25 but only received 2 on the plate. You think for $25 they could have given us each one. Food took awhile to get to us and slow on refilling the water glasses. But the food was delicious. Cost of the night very expensive.

A bit disappointing based on reviews we read before making a reservation. Basically a “meats” type of menu providing specific temp guidance for the select/prime cut ordered. Filet, Lamb, etc. Delmonico substantially missing the mark here both for lamb and beef. Including - Temp and flavor! Salad course not the best, romaine not cool and crisp, over- dressed. Service was slow- understaffed or untrained(?). Fair wine selection - good dessert menu. Loved the butter scotch brule'. A bit noisy and we thought altogether over - valued.

The steak was cold and was taken back to be heated. It was still cold. The crab cake was watery and over spiced. The manager did take the steak off the check. For the cost of dinner, it was not worth it.

My family enjoyed our dinners at Delmonico's while on vacation in Rapid .city. The filet and bison were tasty and prepared to our liking. We don't often order dessert after a great meal but we couldn't resist sharing the Butterscotch Pot de Crème, Crème Brûlée and Chocolate Torte Bar. Service was attentive.

The service as usual is polite and nice. But not very fast. The steaks we had were way over salted to the point where my wife could not finish hers . Everything being ala cart is kind of disappointing.I don't think the price is worth what you get, when paying $50 for just the steak and $7 for a potato and $8 for 2 crumbles of blue cheese as a topping. I understand costs are up but having been in the restaurant business for 20 years this is a bit steep.

We order medium rare stakes. One was received medium, I decided to keep it and eat it. The other came well done. For a meat that price we were not willing To sacrifice. We ask that they bring a new one to the desired temperature. They willingly took It back but took them 30 minutes to Come back with the stake. At that time I already had finished mine, and then waited for my husband to eat his. Our mood was already different and the overall experience somehow ruined. They didn't compensate for their mistakes in any way.

Food is the best in rapid city. Prices are extremely high. Charging $8 for a 16 ounce glass of beer is a little high. Also charging for a side seems odd. Food and service was 5 star.
Almost everyone ordered something different. Best ribeye I have had in years. The pasta special for the day was also excellent with super tender beef and mushrooms. It was a special occasion and definitely worth the price.

My wife and i met some friends for dinner to celebrate a birthday. We brought my mom as well so there were 5 of us. The french onion soup is excellent! The Delmonico steak is ridculously amazing!! Kyle took great care of us and was awesome! Thank you again Kyle!!!

We got to eat sit in the loft area. Everything was wonderful! Our server, Kyle, was awesome! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great too. It was quiet, clean, and all staff that we came in contact with were very polite and detail oriented too!

Delmonico Grill within the last two weeks made a change to the pricing on their menu without notification to the customer that EVERYTHING is charged ala carte. This made our meal almost twice the price it normally would. Nothing was said by the host or waiter until we got the check and I asked. While the service, food, and ambiance were great, the owner or manager has made “imho” a fatal mistake for business. Won't likely be going back.
