“Trevor was super nice when he delivered my Pizza. I’m traveling 34 hours back home he not only delivered it to the hotel but brought it up to my room. Just impressed with his customer service and kindness as that’s hard to find these days. Called the store back to adjust his tip on my card but the lady that answered seemed confused and unsure how to do that. Hate I didn’t have cash, I would’ve tipped him more!“
“The food has always been prepared properly. I have never experienced a mistake. The staff are polite and fast to respond to people at the counter. The inside of the building is clean. I would not really call it a restaurant. There is no indoor seating, but the carry-out and delivery are consistent, and consistency is the most important thing in a chain pizza place like this.
The online ordering, while slow and a bit tedious, is not the fault of this individual location. 5/5“
“I placed a delivery order and ordered a Coke but they delivered a Diet Coke. I called and they rushed the right drink over, plus an extra. Might not seem like a big deal but when you’re paying for something you want the right one and a couple bucks here and there adds up. And unlike other pizza places in town who offer a refund for their mistakes but then never give it to you, they fixed the problem right away no arguments.“
“I’ve been coming to this specific Dominos for a while now and every time it’s perfect. Everyone is so nice and I am greeted every time with a smile. I even had to cancel an order once (felt terrible) and they didn’t make it a big deal at all. This location will always be my “go to” due to the amazing service!!“
