This is absolutely my favorite cookie on planet earth, the frosted cookie cake is truly a delicacy that I belive every man and woman on this planet should be allowed to grace there mouth before death. Every bite taken in from this cookie gives me a enormous amount of enjoyment tracing me back to childhood memories of young and old, thank you for this wonderful cookie. My father received a free cookie for his 96th birthday. Could not resist buying a cookie for myself also. A very good oatmeal raisin cookie and a monster cookie too. We both enjoyed them. We will be back and buy some more.

Absolutely the worst customer service on multiple occasions I've had to walk out because no one acknowledges your presence. Seems as if everyone there hates the job they have chosen to do.

The package was clearly marked 12, however the were only 10 per package. Not keen on the tip screen being swiveled around for me to designate a tip for the cashier. The cookies are great, but so are Walmart bakery cookies, and the cashier doesn't ask for a tip.

Older white lady happily greeted the person who came in separately right after me with a hi while continuing to only ignore me. Then she checked me out and actually set me up to be asked for a tip! I know they can bypass it. I was there one second. And I usually do tip anyways but l learned my lesson. Maybe if I had dressed up I would have deserved her respect.

Been there the first time today and the man was so rude when he didn’t understand what I am saying I heard him say she is very confusing with the frowning face.. i did apologize but i was really disappointed with it. He must be the owner i guess . So rude. Sad to say.
