I am extremely disappointed with how Great Wall Rapid City handled my recent delivery order. I ordered a vegetable lunch combo and a strawberry cheesecake, but upon delivery to my workplace, only one bag was received at the front desk. After checking, I confirmed with my coworker that this was all that was delivered—yet the cheesecake was missing.
When I contacted the restaurant to address the issue, I was told they would reach out to the driver. Shortly after, I received a call back—this time from the driver himself—claiming that he had delivered two bags and essentially calling me and my coworker liars. When I informed them that I would check the security cameras, the story suddenly changed. To make matters worse, the restaurant gave the driver my phone number, and he called me directly to claim that he had been robbed—contradicting his initial claim that he had delivered all items.
This experience was beyond frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expected honesty and professionalism, not accusations and shifting stories. The way they handled this situation was unacceptable, and I will seriously reconsider ordering from them in the future.

My favorite is the Mandarin Fried Rice with extra Shrimp. I think they are the ONLY restaurant that has Thai Iced Tea. YUMMY And delivery is incredibly fast. They tell you it will be 45 minutes but they often come much quicker than they say lol. Makes one wonder how they cook the food that fast!? ?❤️

Found a hair in my food after a couple bites called them after they had me text numerous pictures to prove what I was saying they said they would give me an entree the next time. After 29 more minutes of me explaining I paid for the combo they finally agreed. Tried to use my credit again had to argue for quite some time they finally said ok free combo. How exactly is it free when I paid for it but couldn’t eat it? Very rude and treated like I was trying to score free food. Have been a customer for years, not anymore!

I must say i was quite surprised, lasnight we ordered delivery the Lady seemed very busy & was still quite attentive she said it would take 45 mins. so we were kinda skeptical but the driver arrived very fast he was very well dressed & was a complete gentlemen!! we asked why they said 45 mins. & he explained why with great detail, we were very impressed with his gratuity & service! the food was a little bland but we will order again often
