I wish I could give more stars for the service, 5 stars doesn’t seem to cut it. We come here every rally season and the nice older lady behind the counter is the star of the show. She has such great personality and attention to detail we’ve never had a mess up on an order and everything has always been top notch. This is one of the best fast food restaurants we have ever visited and its consistency is fantastic.

It's fast food but it was tasty. However the atmosphere was jovial. Rarely does a fast food team even look like they enjoy their job or other team members, but this crew killed it. Dr. Suess would approve of this Hardee's.

I dined in and had a take out order. The guy (Cory) that was working the counter was very very rude to me and the customers that he was waiting on. Got mad at a customer when the customer asked for a coffee. Wouldn’t make more fresh coffee. Also a lady customer that ordered a big breakfast asked for creamer for her coffee and was told they don’t put out creamer till later. Shouldn’t they have creamer out in the morning when customers drink more coffee?! Also he was very rude to his female staff. A customer asked for a cup of hot water and he rudely told her they don’t give out water anymore. I know a lot of people in Rapid City and I will spread the word. This place used to be the #1 Hardee’s in the state.? And with the new business going up across the street they better look for more positive workers. Two thumbs down! Come on Hardee’s your a national restaurant chain you can do better. PD

I went in tonight around 6:30, while ordering i asked for two orders to be doubles, they incorrectly rung me up, and made on of the food items quadruple the portion rather than double, she tried charging me for an additional sandwich cause "they couldnt ring it up any other way" and i had to ask to have it removed. instead of paying the normal price for these two orders, i was upcharged, the lady who began taking my order was nice, and mid order an older woman took over which lead to the mischarge, she wasnt the nicest through the drive thru either. I normally do not complain about restaurants, but paying almost 57$ for three combos is absolutely insane to me. Only one order came out correct.

If ordering food from Hardee's do NOT use this store I used them twice not first time they made order wrong and would not remake second time they gave it to someone without verification and when my real driver showed up they would not remake these people are lazy, rude and no accountability
