Went through the drive-thru. Ordered 2 5-piece chicken strips, one Nashville hot and one regular. Paid extra for the spicy strips, but they shorted us on the strips and didn’t put any spicy strips at all in the bag. These are pretty pricey these days, so I felt like I should at least write a review.

I came in yesterday and I got served by Mrs.oyate she’s a really good worker, she always made the time to ask me if I needed anything and made sure to greet me as soon as I walked in the door she had a smile on her face and kept it that way until I left, I love her attitude you guys need more workers like this!!!

Sat in the drive thru for 25 min. The car in front of us never was addressed at the window. Three cars pulled through and left after no service was given but they had taken our order. Terrible service and low staff. If there isn’t enough staff please close your doors.

I ordered my food on the app. Got to the parking lot about seven minutes before it was supposed to be ready so I parked and just waited when it was time I went through the drive-through. I got up to the window and then was told to pull forward they would bring my food out because we were waiting for fresh chicken 17 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready. I finally got it.
