I love coming here. Food is always on point, and everyone is always busy chatting and seeming to be in high spirits. Sophi, and the manager do a great job at keeping on track and making sure people are well attended. (I say these two because they are the ones I've interacted with most.) Though all staff do their part to make for a grand and inviting atmosphere. Thank you all for the great time. God bless you!!!

What a great place to eat!!! ALL you can eat is an understatement!! Delicious food, clean, and well lit!! Definitely recommend and will be back in the future!!!

Just a very unsanitary place.. food all over the floors, messes all over the tables, the place where you get your seasonings for your noodles was just filthy.. the grills they cooked the food on.. if you're not worried about that, this is probably the place for you.

We stopped in about an hour before close and the staff was so kind and still happy to accommodate us. We have never been and the food was truly outstanding, the waitress was so kind and gave great and accurate recommendations! We will absolutely be back!

When we got seated our waitress came over to tell us how to make our dished and she said the sauce was your friend and we agree we did our sauces like she said and it was amazing. The cook had a full grill and did amazing getting everyone served and he even had time to chat with us about where we are from and when I asked him if he lived his job he said its the best job ever and loved all the customers

Employees need to fix their attitude was very rude after making $100 to go order went in there to grab my order ask the guy he was rude about it and then the guy came over and set the food on the chair and didn’t even say thank you or anything was very rude about it never doing business here again

I was pretty disappointed in this place when I came today. I have been to other HuHots in Colorado and never had issues but here overall the experience was subpar. I was visiting my family and we decided to check it out.

Server: was alright but could’ve been more diligent on being out.

Food/cooking: this is my biggest issue. While dishing up the meat a lot of the meat specify the pork looked like it had been left out for longer then is allowed because it was overly soft. A lot of the counters were sticky and messy. Mind you the restaurant was not busy by any means. When it comes to buffet style food the cleanliness should be kept up with.

Once I brought my food up the cook cooked it completely different than what I had seen at all the other HuHots. Then half of my food proceeded to get stuck to the cook top because he was not moving it but let it sit the majority of the time in a mound. All my sauce got burned and stuck to the cook top.

I also noticed that the cook had a beard and had no hair net on. Which I am pretty sure do not meet health code standards when it’s passed a certain length.

They really need to step up on cleanliness and training.

We were on vacation in the rapid city area and had never been to a Mongolian restaurant so when we saw this we said screw it, why not.
We could not have been more pleasantly surprised !
The staff was fantastic.
The price for what is essentially all you can eat is beyond fair.
The food choices are plentiful and delicious.
I like the concept of cooking on the rotating surface.
We are from NY and my only regret is that we don't have any HuHots near us.
