There were only three people other than my friend and the service was still agonizingly slow. We waited over an hour for our food. People that came in and ordered after we had already been waiting for our food were served and gone before we ever got our meal. Horrible service.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. It is very unfortunate because growing up we would eat here and it was fantastic. However, I went in there today and there was only two of us. We stood waiting to be seated for over twenty minutes and there was in total maybe ten people eating. The waitress was extremely rude and no one even bothered to come and give us a wait time or acknowledge our existence. Very unfortunate how this place is being run.

Ichiban means "number one" and it is the best in Rapid as far as I am concerned. My child and I ate here and he loved the "fish", especially the salmon.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves sashimi. He tried it and said the "fish" was great
Service was really great and polite. Sushi rolls were not tight and fell apart easily and subpar for the price. Would prefer this place over others, but there are definitely some downfalls.

The place is not fancy by any means and I was a little nervous at first when we drove up. The food was excellent. The sushi rolls and, appetizers were excellent!! The food was hot and fresh!! Excellent flavor!!! Don't let. Bad review scare from this place. Also the service was amazing and the staff is very sweet.

Stopped in for lunch. The location was clean, the food was fresh. We had the tempura, crab puffs, pork potstickers, and a volcano roll. Everything was delicious. The service was good. We will return.

Ichiban was the first sushi place in town over 15 years ago. They take care of you and have amazing rolls. And I'm addicted to their Avacado Poppers. Everything is delicious.
