Well I've did Door Dash for 2 and a half years, the service was always slow. Sometimes the orders would say the order was ready, but it was always a 5 minute wait. But as a customer it's still been the same way, I've always give there customer services time to improve, that hasn't changed.Tonight I was ignored like I wasn't standing their, on top of all of that they always forget about the extra sauce that we have to pay for. So in short for a year and a half they always do the same thing, the service hasn't improved. Even an extra tip doesn't mean anything.

This is CHILI’S! I was NOT looking for Chili’s, I was looking for a unique and authentic local wings experience. This is shady and deceiving was to get people to drive to your location and then realize that it’s a chain restaurant and not something unique. 1/10

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

I ordered from these guys when they first opened. It's now been almost a year that they've been in business and nothing has changed. You would hope that a place that's supposedly "specializes" in wings would at least get that right. Little to no sauce, wings seemed a bit undercooked and like other reviews surprise surprise they were cold. Top in the fact that the dipping sauce cups (2) were half full and the fries were mushy to the touch. I would be doing the community a disservice if I didn't tell you to spend your money elsewhere.

Don't order delivery otherwise some fat pot head probably trapping on the side of her door dash gig with her kid in the car will deliver the completely wrong order to you and you'll be stuck in a bureaucratic loop of chili's and door dash pointing the fingers at each other and taking your money.

Honestly nothing great to say about my first experience, the host at the front had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned It’s just wings. I had to be seated and waited for a server to ask only to find out it’s takeout only. Placed my order online and the order was ready quickly, making me doubt the quality. Sure enough the food seemed reheated and not freshly made. The ranch was really watery too.
