Got a card with a free sub so decided to come check it out. Got the #9 mikes way with pepperoncinis added to it. Will definitely be going back. That was the best sub I've had in a long time.

Just opened up in Spearfish. Business is great! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. The people have great energy and have an awesome attitude. Will definitely be back again.

I loved it for my first time going there so good! Everyone was so nice and clean i enjoyed my experience there definitely recommend the subs and the manger Calena AMAZING!!! such a sweet person.

I ordered online, so the atmosphere didn't really count for anything. Grew up in Philly, and their cheesesteak sub is excellent! My order wasn't completed, and if I hadn't looked in the bag b4 I left, I would've had to return. Got what was missing (no apology) and left. My advice is to always check your order! I will be back.

The food is great but there was a kid working with blonde hair and glasses who had about 6 friends show up . It was pretty unprofessional and it was busy .

The cheesesteak sandwich I ordered was great! It was meaty, hot, fresh bread and plenty of cheese, peppers and onions. I had to wait about 15 minutes for 3 people ahead of me and 2 people behind me got served before me. The main disappointment was the lady and her young daughter in the parking lot asking me for money.

The manager was super rude to me and other people when they were still looking what to order. I’m a door dasher and they were super slow with mine and asked when it will be ready they told me they havnt started it yet. Waited 35 mins for my order to be ready.. if you are a doordasher let the customer know that jersey mikes is super slow and it will take awhile to grab the order.

What a great location (Elgin Street, Rapid City, SD)! Much appreciation to Mason and the rest of the crew. I placed an order on the app and made a mistake and they noticed and actually called me to confirm!! I live 2 hours from this location and asked for my "juice" on the side (so our bread would not be soggy) and they again handled by far exceeding my expectations. That is above and beyond service in my opinion!! Everyone in there is always friendly and nice. In my opinion, Jersey Mike's subs are the best around and always consistently so from store to store to store and I have been to MANY all across the US as there is not one where I live :( Keep up the good work guys and thank you for showing your appreciation to this customer :)

All other subs pale in comparison to JM. They’ve spoiled me so that I rarely ever eat at any other sub place. They def aren’t inexpensive but you get a sub that is loaded with good quality meats and cheeses.
The past two times we’ve had issues with our order and although they’re quick to make it right, might want to check it if you get it to go so you’re not surprised down the road.

Stood waiting to order for an excessive time while the order taker cleaned the slicer .A total of six employees were behind the counter three of which looked lost.Even after i mentioned my wait he continued to clean the slicer.The manager is ineffective in maintaining customer service. On the plus side good sandwiches are made.

Always great subs! Stopped here for some good food on our trip back home. We recommend the club sub. Also tried the chicken ranch sub today too which was pretty good.

This is only of few places I can eat at due to gluten sensitivity. I feel like I don’t have hide or live in fear.

So disappointed with my door dash delivery from jersey mikes tonight. First time. Ordered mikes way with bacon. And I got bread, meat and cheese. No veggies, no sauce, no oil and vinegar, no bacon. I get I ordered close to 8 and it sucks having to get everything dirty. But if you aren't going to fulfill the order then close the service early. After a long day and paying extra for the door dash service, then getting such a disappointing sandwich. Normally I love jersey mikes this is just disappointing
