I’ve only been to this location about 6 times in the last year, and in all but one experience the person taking my order both in-store and at the drive through were both short and rude, right from the get-go. I’ve worked in the food industry most of my life, so I always go out of my way regardless of my mood that day to be respectful and friendly to food workers, because I know how often people aren’t. To just be treated like crap right off the rip is incredibly annoying. The passive aggressiveness, just plain rudeness, and then to be ignored is just wild.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location, to pay for what are basically just overpriced cold cuts, and be treated like crap for it.
Baken Park has always been a friendly, and positive experience on the other hand.

Couple months ago went through the drive through ordered and then didn’t give me my card back at the drive through. Had to come alllll the way back after I was somewhere else and realized I didn’t have my card. Then I come through the drive thru today ordered, and then they tell me my card doesn’t work. They tried to use the tap and swiping so it’s not going through. I go in the parking lot call my bank to make sure something isn’t wrong with my card, my bank confirms nothings wrong with my card. I go back inside explain the situation and want to try my card again to pay. Did the tap to pay and it worked instantly.. a little frustrating..

We were there yesterday, and the workers were extremely friendly. All of them. The food was also ready very quickly. On top of that, when I forgot my phone on the table, the order girl actually chased us down in the parking lot! Superior service; highly recommended.

I genuinely never leave reviews especially for service industries because I give employees the benefit of the doubt - jobs aren’t easy. But the dude who took my order tonight was rude and short right off the bat. We didn’t have a big order, and we were there over an hour before closing. I also ordered a side of pesto bow tie and they gave us potato salad instead. Not a big deal, but when I told him that, he went mute the rest of our interaction, visibly and physically rolled his eyes, walked five feet to get the bow tie noodles, handed it to me without making eye contact and shut the window. Dude, if you hate your job that much, just leave, or whoever the manager was onsite, notice the unnecessary teen angst ‘tude and swap the worker with anyone else.

Employee taking my order at the drive thru was rude and kept interrupting me so part of my order was missed. Tried to give me my meal without my drink at the window. When I got back to work, I realized the sandwich was made wrong (ordered cheese but no cheese was added).

Needed a quick bite before returning to hospital, gave clear instructions how to make the wrap and they made it all wrong. Just did what they wanted. Awful service. (Order with no cheese, it was nearly all cheese inside) .. I feel they purposely mess the order up so no one comes back.

In supporting an Elder's lunch, we searched for a shop that could produce 120 sandwiches, fresh and with enough time to make a 1.5 hour drive to arrive by 9:00 am.
All said they don't open until 10:30, so we were coming up empty. We then called the Stumer Road location and Katie said she'll come in as early as needed to give enough time for our pick up and travel.
We did so and are very grateful for Katie's cheerful desire to help. (24) sandwiches each, of BLT, Ham, Italian, Roast Beef and Turkey were incredibly fresh, delicious and were served to an Elder's gathering on Pine Ridge.
Had the most terrible service here I ever seen they had an hour till closing, and when we pulled in the parking lot, we seen how aggravated and mad, they got that they slung bread in the floor. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. They weren't friendly,not nice, not helpful. We were from out of town and never had ate at Jimmy John's before it was Terrible. I would never eat there again. And if I could give a 0 star, I would

Sandwich 's were delicious. I only had trouble with the maker's not wearing gloves, apron on backwards, fooling around with each other while making them. Food very close to there face.
