Went through the drive through. It apparently is to difficult to take a credit card they toss the reader to you to do yourself. Filled my cup with the world’s biggest ice cubes and a splash of Coke. The guy at the window was rude and seems like he hates his job. No personality, no customer service and all around terrible experience.

I think this is the 8th delivery order I've made from this store, and I have been wildly disappointed 5 of those times. Today I ordered the cubano. I added extra pickles, Jimmy peppers, onions and tomatoes to the sandwich, and I got meat and cheese and pickles. I usually include a 15 to 20% tip with my order, and almost 70% of the time, this is exactly what happens. Very disappointing and a rip-off.
Vegetarian options: You can get a sandwich with cheese and veggies, but no meat alternatives.

We had such a fantastic experience at this amazing place! They were incredibly accommodating with our large orders, and the staff didn’t hesitate to help us out. The facility was spotless, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We would absolutely go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

This has happened alot, order food and takes 1 hr to get it. And I ordered a drink and it taste nasty so I can't enjoy my meal. This used to be my go to place, now I will be taking my services somewhere else. It's getting ridiculous that it almost happens on every order.

Stopped for Sub and order was taken .was sent to opposite side of restaurant that it was sent to. Young mancalled my order and put sandwich on counter and walked away. When I got to counter I asked if this was my sub and he just grunted and wouldn't bother looking my way. Somebody should tell him customers pay his wages. I guess we all have bad days.

So whoever the manager is at the Mountain View branch you might want to reteach all your people they are spending more time flirting with girls that come in and work there than doing their job it's not rocket science it's Subs get it right

I ordered online and received a notification almost immediately, proceeded to Jimmy John’s walked in no order ready so I asked about it and was told it would be put on the take out shelf when ready. I had to go ask again 30 minutes later and finally received my order. I watched several customers come in order and receive their food before me. Received a notification my food was ready almost an hour after ordering. I will not return to this individual store and instead go to the one by Sam’s club. They have always been great on time.

Delivery can take anywhere from 30minutes to an hour so don’t plan on ordering it during a break or anything like that. Ordered food at 11:25 it is currently 12:05. I ordered before hand to accommodate it taking 10-20 minutes extra but didn’t have enough foresight to expect a 45+minute wait time on food. 100% recommend just going to the store in person.
Jimmy John’s is one of our go tos for a fresh sandwich on the go or in a time crunch. The sandwiches are always super fresh and ready quickly. The ability to order ahead and pick, order to go, or dine in gives a wide variety depending on your schedule. I like using the ability to order in the app or save points to be a little more savvy. The service is always pleasant and the restaurant is clean. The restaurant features decor of signs of wise words and clever sayings. A couple of our favorite sandwiches are the #8 and the #14. I have the #14 and have them run it through the garden/ add all the veggies and add a little vinegar and oil to the number .
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available. The unwise is a great addition as an option as well.
Parking: The restaurant shares parking lot spaces with other area businesses.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu options available.

First of all, I usually get lunch from here, the sandwiches are typically good and it’s timely for delivery. In this case, the eglin store is absolutely atrocious, so I had received a credit on my account for their overall incompetence and inability to make a sandwich. So I called the store to order delivery since I work very close. I had placed my order and told them that I have a credit on my account. Apparently it only depends on the store, and I expressed that I had no desire to get food poisoning or nasty food ever again so that credit is pointless to have at the eglin store. The manager was rude and encouraged me order carry out from them and “she wouldn’t expect them to fix her mistakes”, which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. You’re the same company do your job and having to give this information to the district manager is not handling things in a timely or reasonable manner, I was just trying to order lunch on my break.. so I will be leaving negative reviews on both stores for obvious reasons
