This is the worst location in town. The workers have a terrible attitude. No matter how polite you are, they seem annoyed that you’re asking them to do what they’re paid to do. They get the order right maybe 50% of the time. I have yet to actually get mayo on a sandwich. The bread is often stale. They rarely put mobile orders out, and then they have a bad attitude when you ask where it’s at, when it’s just sitting behind the counter. There’s not much positive to say about this place.

Customer service is a joke. My sandwich was incorrectly assembled. It was missing more than half the toppings. When I asked for them to add the toppings to my sandwich they said they couldn't take a sandwich back that had already gone out of the kitchen. This is understandable. I asked them to remake it. I was told they would give me a new sandwich with the correct toppings but I would have to move the meat and cheese over from my last sandwich. What a joke. Won't be returning to this location.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and each time I tell myself never again. I have done a combination of ways to order such as online and in person and I don't understand why they consistently make it the way they want to and not what I have asked for. They were not busy in the store this evening but I entered my order about 15 minutes prior to even pulling into the parking lot. When I got there (15 minutes later) I gave the workers my name and let them know that I was there to pickup my on-line order (freaky fast???) They hadn't even started my sandwiches. Then after my drive home an hour away I discovered that they once again didn't even make them the way I asked. I should know better I guess. Maybe I just have bad luck but the 2 other location in Rapid City always deliver 🤔. Avoid Mt. View Jimmy John's!!!+

Went through the drive through. It apparently is to difficult to take a credit card they toss the reader to you to do yourself. Filled my cup with the world’s biggest ice cubes and a splash of Coke. The guy at the window was rude and seems like he hates his job. No personality, no customer service and all around terrible experience.

I think this is the 8th delivery order I've made from this store, and I have been wildly disappointed 5 of those times. Today I ordered the cubano. I added extra pickles, Jimmy peppers, onions and tomatoes to the sandwich, and I got meat and cheese and pickles. I usually include a 15 to 20% tip with my order, and almost 70% of the time, this is exactly what happens. Very disappointing and a rip-off.

Vegetarian options: You can get a sandwich with cheese and veggies, but no meat alternatives.

We had such a fantastic experience at this amazing place! They were incredibly accommodating with our large orders, and the staff didn’t hesitate to help us out. The facility was spotless, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We would absolutely go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

This has happened alot, order food and takes 1 hr to get it. And I ordered a drink and it taste nasty so I can't enjoy my meal. This used to be my go to place, now I will be taking my services somewhere else. It's getting ridiculous that it almost happens on every order.

Stopped for Sub and order was taken .was sent to opposite side of restaurant that it was sent to. Young mancalled my order and put sandwich on counter and walked away. When I got to counter I asked if this was my sub and he just grunted and wouldn't bother looking my way. Somebody should tell him customers pay his wages. I guess we all have bad days.

So whoever the manager is at the Mountain View branch you might want to reteach all your people they are spending more time flirting with girls that come in and work there than doing their job it's not rocket science it's Subs get it right
