It’s April 17 at 6:15pm. Just moved to Rapid city from Tuscaloosa Alabama for work. I come here every day and this manager and crew is the best. They’re all fantastic but this crew is lighting fast and awesome to deal with. Five stars all the way. See u guys tomorrow. Could not be happier.

I’m standing outside and it’s 10:32 and the guy says they don’t open until 11. But everything else says they are open at 10:30.

This is the last straw I've had with this place!!! They scew up my order constantly, and when I show up to grab a sandwich for the road when they are supposed to open at 10:30am and they will not make me a sandwich because they have a big to go order is unacceptable. You need to go and change your hours if you're not going to open at the time you say you are. This is bad business!!!! Bigtime!!! Never go here! You will be disappointed!!!!

I've never eaten at a Jimmy John's before and wanted to see what the fuss was about. I guess their customers have never eaten good food before because this is appalling. Not only is the food grossly overpriced, it's pure trash. The smell of the place is enough to turn a starving man away from eating here. I'm glad I didn't actually order and pay for food because fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

We spent 40 bucks for the wrong sandwiches. They forgot to put bacon on the turkey bacon we ordered. The lettuce was brown and the bread was extremely hard, almost old. They just didn't seem to give a damn.

Fun meter: 2/5It's a sandwich-- can't screw that up...but!!! Seven sandwiches some requested no mayo, and got it. Others who wanted mayo got a dry sandwich. Not fun. But the fun really declined when 7 sandwiches were thrown in a box with no labels. It's not fun to dig through sandwiches, to open them and then figure out which is which. Can't the sandwiches be labeled? Markers are cheap. And marking them takes 2.2 seconds.

Fresh, delicious sandwiches. Service was good at the drive thru.
Went through drive thru - fast service and nice employee.I was a little shocked when I got back to my hotel to find turkey on my veggie sandwich - that was made like a normal veggie sandwich, but just turkey thrown in.I don’t understand how that quite happened.Thanks!

It used to be freaky fast.......now it's freaky kinda fast..... especially thru the drive thru.....I just waited 20 minutes and there was no one in the lobby
