No longer the dance floor and drinks. Its the barcade called press start. Solid place, lots of games. Vintage in the basement and prizes on the ground level. Pinball to shooters, really any of the classics you can think of. I had a great time, and will be stopping in again soon.

It's Press Start now. All the classic arcade games in the adult atmosphere. Very cool.

The restaurant/bar itself is really cool and they have some pretty unique drink options. The service was terrible - the staff and management act as if they're better than the customers. I would also not recommend paying in cash as there is a big chance you may not get your correct change returned to you.

Great restaurant in downtown Rapid City that I would say has an elevated cuisine offering. We ended up going here as we were in town just after South Dakota reopened from COVID. The restaurant was operating at a severely reduced capacity, which meant an hour wait, but plenty of space to spread out once we were inside. It seems the bread and butter of this restaurant is their pizza, we saw numerous tables walking in having a pie, which is served perched atop a #10 can of San Marzano tomatoes. I myself decided to go for the pasta instead, opting for the chicken and broccolini alfredo, which was pretty good. They also have a good selection of local beers here, and a full bar. The only thing that was a little odd was how empty the place felt; I have to imagine they usually have 3x the number of people in the restaurant (and I'm sure they would have had everything not been locked down); it just felt weird being sooooo empty.

Scotch eggs were some of the best I’ve had. Drinks were delicious especially the different flavor variants on moscow mules.

A great wonderful place to eat. I had a pasta Alfredo and my wife had pasta primavera they were both amazing! We had a great waiter who added to the atmosphere! Must eat!

This gem was, surprisingly, not busy, and that made it lucky for me. I chose the coal fired Meat Lovers pizza and it was a match made in heaven. The smokiness of the firing added a unique second layer to the rich meat taste. This place also has an extensive bar and reasonable beer prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent aged steak dinner. Very yuppy place but everyone was hopping. Hostess was dressed a little questionable but it was more poor taste. We were seated after about 5 minutes even though we had no reservation. This was at about 5:45. We were seated at a high top table. They brought us water immediately and our waiter was taking our order shortly. We split the 16 oz aged ribeye steak. The steak and all sides were delicious. The side orders could have been bigger and they had no bread offered. We didn’t get drinks but the ones we saw looked wonderful. Not a cheap place to eat but very good.

We got pizza takeout twice during our stay in Rapid City. We're vegetarian so had to modify the menu pizzas, but they were very accomodating. The Figgy, Piggy, Parm tasted amazing when modified, but unfortunately The Farmer Joe's Chicken was not very good (we expected the amount of the remaining toppings after removing the meat would be increased, but that wasn't the case). Overall, would recommend this restaurant, the host was very nice and helpful.

We stopped in Rapid City on our road trip out west for several nights last month. Our hotel was directly caddie corner from Kol but the first night we ate dinner late so didn't try it. We saw the menu and decided to try it the next night. We each had the roasted half chicken. It was delicious and way too big for me to finish. Two nights later we couldn't decide where to eat so we went back to Kol. This time we ate at a high top table and split a pizza and a delicious salad that had figs in it among other things. When we were there the staff was wearing masks, the tables were social distanced, the menus were paper and we saw the staff wipe down every table and the chairs after people got up and left. I have no idea why this would have changed. We highly enjoyed both of our dinners there.

This was the best meal with the best service we had in Rapid City by far... and to think we almost didn't go because of their terrible reservation information. We got on Open Table which said they had nothing available. We headed to another spot... that place put us on a wait, so we walked by Kol while waiting and they were open and had lots of tables!!! So glad we did not miss this experience. Nate was our waiter, and so much more. He was knowledgeable about the restaurant, the menu, and all things "service." He took time to listen to our requests and suggested the perfect choices for us. Every employee we came in contact with was professional, personable, knowledgeable and kind. I wanted to go tell the entire city about Kol!!! Too bad their website isn't updated and doesn't say "day of reservations, please call us directly." Or fix open table so that they will take those reservations or something! I'm certain we are not the only ones looking for somewhere to eat in Rapid City during tourist season... Kol is losing business because of this issue, and it's really too bad. The food is another story.. YUM!! I had the "figgy, piggy, parm" pizza which was a perfect combination of flavors in just the right proportions. The crust was thin and baked perfectly... not so dry it snapped but in no way mushy... just right. Toppings included prosciutto, thinly sliced pears, fig reduction drizzle, and fresh Parmesan. My husband had a crisp, delicious salad with perfectly cooked pasta and juicy meatballs. The wine list was good. This was a delightful dinner experience and I highly recommend it!!

In town for family vacation and this was by far the best meal of the week! Everything was unique and/or superb! The sandwiches were amazing, truffle fries to die for, kale salad and house salads super fresh and great dressings, even the kids red pasta and meatballs was excellent. Great atmosphere and our server was very friendly. Would definitely return if ever in the area again.

Nice looking place but all the hipster servers were more interested in hanging out with each other rather than serving. Prices seem really high, more what you'd cexpect in London or Chicago. Not one of the workers was wearing a mask and they seated a party right next to us which made me feel uncomfortable. Food was good. My son had the mac and cheese and he liked it. I had a salad.

None of the staff wore masks. It seemed chaotic from the moment I walked in, and there were only a few occupied tables. I sat at the bar and was able to social distance. The food was quick and tasted good. After taking my order I didn't see the bartender again until after I was finished eating and drinking. The restaurant and bar were not busy at all.

Stopped in for dinner and it was delightful! My husband had the prime rib, I had the salmon, my son had the wings, and my daughters had pasta. It was all excellent and everything is cooked in a woodfired stove. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend it.
