Went in for a pizza one staff in front was very rude . Usually I handle people well and don’t like taking other people’s mood on but she was very rude and condescending ended up leaving because I will not spend my money in a establishment that has poor service.

I've been to this location many times, and its always bad. The customer service is bad. I tried door dashing but pizzas still undercooked and they dont put tamperproof tags on the box. In the world we live in now im taking risk getting random to drop off food but at least put some type of tamper proof tag to ensure food saftey. The person dropping my food off looked iffy n when I seen there was no tag I discarded the food. Dont trust this location west main or lacrosse always

Great location. Always fast, always fresh, always smiling.

Front worker was not at work station, I had to ask if anyone was working. A female came from the side where she was not visible. Next she helped another customer and gave that customer a cheese and pepperoni pizza when she told me there was none available at the time of my order. I saw thise pizzas in the pizza warmer when I ordered. When I questioned her, she has an attitude towards me and told pizzas were not available when I ordered. Those pizza were available. Poor customer service, I will never come back to Little Caesar's location.

Did a online order for 2 pretzel crust pizzas with pizza sauce through the app. Pick my pizzas up realize it was pizza crust with pretzel salt on the crust and cheese sauce. Called made a complaint was told to bring my pizza back so i did after i got off work. They remade my pizza and remade it wrong once again. I asked for a refund was told itd go back on my card here i am a month later dealing with the managers per attitude and no refund. How can you mess up twice and let alone a online order. Poor service.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch recently. The pizza was phenomenal! Also, your staff members were very nice. We will be back to this location the next were in Rapid City. Keep up the great work.

Honestly this is probably one of the grossest Little Caesars in the Rapid City area and the others aren't too far off. I don't know how hard it is to have a basic standard for employee personal hygiene but at this location it's a real issue. Nothing grosses me out more than when I go to grab one of my pizzas and I just get a whiff of that one managers stank breath. How does no one ever say anything? Why isn't there a standard here??? I come back hoping it will be better but the quality is just not there anymore and hasn't been the last few months. This last time I came in, they greeted me but didn't want to come up and help me, and when I finally did they were extremely rude and practically threw my food at me. I've always been nice, even when the food was crap but that's it, I won't be back again, and I'm sure they'll be happy about that since that's apparently what they want here. Gross, unhygienic and the food just sits there well past it's time.
