Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered a fancyroni and this is the only location I had this much exposed surface, barely any pepperoni based on the company standard or my experience at other locations.

A positive is, the pizza was well made but lacked ingredients

I have been coming here for years and never have I been treated as poorly as I do. When I order at night the night shift lead is rude doesn’t get the order right and when you ask why the order is wrong, you are met with unnecessary attitude and a condescending tones

Ive gone here a for a few years and always had bad customer service at the register. Ive gone here a while ago noticed black hard plastic pieces in both my pizzas, bread sticks and the merinera sauce. Ive called the location and asked for a refund. But was told they cant give me a refund. But they can remake my order. Thankfully my kids didnt eat any of it. The moment we taken out the bread sticks from the bag. We noticed a huge black piece stuck to the bread sticks. So i started to check all the food an seen more of the hard black plastic pieces on everything. We threw away the food and never gone back again. Please check your pizzas, bread sticks an merinera.

Horrible Customer Serivce, I was treated like an idiot because I asked for a Hot and Ready Sausage pizza. The lady at The counter was very rude and I will be reaching out to Corporate, this location dont care about Customer service or the way the treat customers. Don’t Waste Your Time at this location!

The assistant manager called me a racial. I find them totally unprofessional and not of management material very unprofessional

Walked In and was not greeted, instead was stared down by the manager as if I’m going to rob the place. I told them I was here for a mobile order so the lady up front just went to the back. I could clearly see the manger touching her hair, clothes, face, all while making my food. When the manger got done with my food I asked for her name for the complaint. She wouldn’t give it to me. I would suggest everyone to stay away if you’re looking for good customer service.

Went in for a pizza one staff in front was very rude . Usually I handle people well and don’t like taking other people’s mood on but she was very rude and condescending ended up leaving because I will not spend my money in a establishment that has poor service.

I've been to this location many times, and its always bad. The customer service is bad. I tried door dashing but pizzas still undercooked and they dont put tamperproof tags on the box. In the world we live in now im taking risk getting random to drop off food but at least put some type of tamper proof tag to ensure food saftey. The person dropping my food off looked iffy n when I seen there was no tag I discarded the food. Dont trust this location west main or lacrosse always
