Came here for an interview, drove in the snow 30 minutes and was told that the manager wasn't there and they sent me a text a hour before reminding me to come in! And that's not all! I called and spoke with the manager and rescheduled my interview and drove 30 minutes, again and this time was told there wasn't an opening in the position I applied for! So why they heck did they have me drive out there twice when there wasn't an opening to begin with. When asked they refused to compensate me from my time or gas! I will never trust Long Horn or give them my business ever again! I'm on a tight income and they wasted my gas twice!

I took my girlfriend around 8:30 PM on a Thursday night. I had the 9 ounce fillet (rare) with lobster which was fantastic. My girlfriend had the ribeye (rare) with a loaded baked potato and a Caesar salad, which she enjoyed. We also had French onion soup which was tasty, and while none of us realized I never got my brussels sprout side (one of my go to picks for a side) my girlfriend reminded me we never received it during dinner. When I called Longhorn to talk about it, the manager was immediately polite and efficient helping track down my transaction, helped me find another discrepancy from my bill that I wasn’t even aware of, and in addition to fixing everything they gave me a free card for a free dessert or appetizer the next time I visit. Thank you manager Alyssa and thank you to my server John you guys are amazing and also thank you to the manager I can’t remember his name, but when I moved to Rapid City back in July, he was an amazing manager whenever we were needing help the last time we were there long story short this place is high-quality food, high-quality people who work there and even if they make a mistake, the best part about it is it’s easy as a customer to engage with them and try to sort it all out. Keep doing what you’re doing whoever owns and runs this place from a management standpoint should be very happy and proud with what they’ve got going. funny side note: I threw the little bit of bread in my to go box and just threw it in the oven for five minutes on broil and my goodness if that wasn’t the most delicious bread I’ve ever eaten lmao
