Order 60 dollars of pizza. They messed up one. Then they forgot about the remake they promised me. Then they forgot about the remake again. Worst service, very confused, obviously stoned staff. A bunch of drug addicts trying to run a pizza shop**update**The owner took my information and never got back to me. Terrible customer service

We use this Marcos Pizza for our pizza night for family movie night every week but Terrible customer service and management. Will not be ordering there again.
I ordered delivery, and they brought plates napkins, and the pizza was amazing. The delivery person was so nice. I definitely would order from here again.
Usually very happy with Marcos, everything is so good and the only pizza place we order from but this last time we were kinda disappointed. The pizza tasted old and weird. Usually it tastes very hot and fresh.
I ordered online. Called an hour later to check the order status, it was getting ready to leave the store. However I was uncomfortable when I opened the door to the first thing the drive says to me is did I leave him a tip? I said yes. He continued by saying well he didn't have the slip for proof. I became threatened and gave him 5 more dollars as it felt uncomfortable. I will not be ordering there 😒 anymore.

Don't get the gluten free pizza unless you have to. It's crunchy on the edges and soggy everywhere else.

So we walk up and we order a slice of pizza I paid for the pizza and went and sat down in the little tiny dining room area that they have. Then the rest of my family went next-door to the sandwich place in ordered a few sandwiches. My family got their sandwiches and then ate almost half of the sand until I realized I didn't have my food. I walk up and ask him where my pizzas and they literally looked at me like they were stoned. Then the guy hand me my slice of pizza was stiff, it was chewy and it was cold! This is the worst piece of pizza I've ever had in my life and this is the worst review I've ever written on the One Bite app!!
