McDonald's in Rapid City

“It’s a good McDonald’s, with good, fast service and kind people. They rarely get orders wrong and get them out quickly. The drive thru is fast even when they’re busy. Inside the pace is slower but that’s to be expected if you’re dining in.“

“I had came through the drive thru and placed an order. I received my order incorrect. It was just one item. I called the store and instantly a manager named McKenzee picked up. It was later in the evening but she answered the phone with a joy, that caught me off guard. I told her what had happened. She told me to come down. Her and the staff took care of me quickly. She was refreshing to talk to. I will continue to give this location my business because of mangers like her. The employees there are awesome too!“

“Parking lot is a disaster to navigate. Designer/developer on this project during the construction phase obviously didn't do his/her homework on potential traffic flow pitfalls and probably has never eaten here to experience the nonsense firsthand....do better....... otherwise, have always had quick service and good fresh food.“

“It is tough to get good help. Sadly, I seem to experience that more often. This McDonald's is no exception. It is everyone else that I encountered and saw from the other side of the counter that I would like to applaud. While I watched two people drag their feet and screw up at least one order, mine, I saw others working hard. Thank you to the two ladies that stepped forward as I stood at the counter and to all the workers competently doing their job. You are appreciated!“
