McDonald's in Rapid City

“We frequently have McDonald's dinner and tonight we had a little snag with our mobile order they cleared up right away and brought us our food. My guy Jesse the lobby attendant was delightful. Made sure we were taken care of and talked to everyone in the lobby more than once. Excellent customer service, thanks!!“

“It’s a good McDonald’s, with good, fast service and kind people. They rarely get orders wrong and get them out quickly. The drive thru is fast even when they’re busy. Inside the pace is slower but that’s to be expected if you’re dining in.“

“Went through the drive through to get my breakfast and ordered 2 mcgriddles, a mcmuffin, and a hashbrown. I received all my food except for the hashbrown. They were busy which I would normally give them a pass for, but this isnt the first time theyve either forgotten items to my order or given me the wrong order.“

“Another quick drive-through visit for my husband's ice coffee.. he expressed for that long of a line and how fast.. they have it right. So far, it is best served across the states.
