One of the worst experience for myself and my 5yr old. In fact she is still upset. Went threw the drive thru. Pretty much forgot some of our order. My kids wanted their mcflurries so we call. The lady we talk to hung up on us. Then i went threw the drive threw. Where they were rude and threw our food at us and slammed the drive threw window. I honked for a min until she came back and then was irritated when i asked for their ice creams. Horrible experience my daughter is still crying. We will never go back!!!!!

This is the second time at two different locations my order was wrong. Got the wrong sandwich and now im missing food. And both times SALARY was the one to mess it up. Like make it make sense I get yall want ur bonus but god damn give me my right order or get out the window 😒

Can yall enforce a policy for damn kids to stay off their phone so they can actually do their job. My first job eas McDonald's aswell. Not that hard to read a screen and put the whole order in the bag. I'd say atleast 60% of the time I go to this location they leave an item out.

The restaurant/food is ok, but the homeless people on the property are a problem. Please start trespassing them! I don't care if they are begging across the street, but when they are surrounding the front door begging for cigarette/drug money it's really frustrating! Get those people out of there!
