This is some of the best Mexican food I’ve had, and I spent 11 years in the Southwest before moving to Rapid City. The staff is excellent, too. Place is run by Michelle and her mother. Enjoy a great meal there at a good price!

$59 for meat and tortillas. Literally. Ordered to go…no pico no salsa nothing! Got pozole also and nothing fresh to put in it. Tortillas were from Walmart. No taste on rice and beans. Extremely disappointed! Never again.

Tacos had new grease taste Chips were stale. Floor unswept.
Ordered carne asada tacos and shrimp tacos along with asada nachos. All the meat was very bland. Tasted like it was boiled with no seasoning, honestly. Shredded lettuce, tomato, and cheese tasted straight out of a bag/can. Overall lacking flavor. A little salt would go a long way.

OMG! The tomatilla salsa here is divine, I don't think I have ever had better. Fabulous authentic cuisine, very flavorful and amazing. Dinner menu is priced so affordably, could easily eat here daily. Relaxed dining atmosphere. Love it! Thank you, we'll be back!

Not good at all. Not sure what people here in rapid City are comparing their authentic Mexican food too but that was disgusting. Beans no flavor. Rice was like instant rice with tomatoes sauce on it. A salsa was not good at all mostly onions. we're from Colorado so I guess we're spoiled with Mexican food

This place puts other Mexican restaurants to shame. Everything was great , even the chips and salsa was alot better than other places . I would highly recommend this place

Understand you’re in South Dakota so finding good Mexican food is hard to do. But, this is not even close to good. Salsa is more like tomatoe soup, food was bland, and service was average, nothing exceptional. I saw 4.5 stars and thought maybe it would be decent. If you’re looking for just food sure, if you want good food find something else. Picture may look good but trust me it’s not worth your money.
