A roach crawled across the counter when he handed me my drink. The staff admitted to be infested with roaches and broken machines. Just dirty with mediocre ingredients and staff.

Coffee drinks that actually taste like coffee and plenty of flavor combinations if you prefer something like that. Great atmosphere, simple bakery. Good choice for coffee in Rapid city, SD.

Parking: Parking in Mall lot so plenty of space

Kid-friendliness: Daughter loved the banana muffin. If we were not eating on the go, could have gotten acai bowl

The staff are always sweet & make you feel welcome. For a local coffee shop they offer a huge variety if different drinks & flavors. They also have Acai & protein shakes so all round its a great stop of breakfast or lunch or just a coffee break.

Terrible barista. I wanted to try a new drink, asked her what was pictured on the billboard, she literally said she didn't know, she doesn't take the pictures. I decided not to order with an attitude like that.

Showed up at 3:45pm on 4/2/2024 to look at the menu. There was only one employee, so we left. When my partner returned about 20m later, the employee was rude and dismissive. Has an attitude about the different drink colors and flavors, and audibly said “Ugh” when my partner said they’d be paying in cash. We will not be going back, and will be heavily recommending against this place for the near future.

I usually love this place but today (February 24 at 1:30) I went and they were out of everything. Not the workers fault of course. I ordered a mocha frappe and it tasted a lot different than usual so I politely asked the worker (a late teens, early 20s girl with medium length light brown hair and blonde highlights) if they had changed the recipe. She explained that they were out of the powder so she used syrup. I said “do you have any other flavors that you do have powder for?” “Vanilla” “I’m sorry, but could you please remake it with that?” “Uh… yeah give me a moment” “take your time”. She remade it but it was super watery. Like not icy at all. I said “thank you so much” she ignored me. Didn’t say “here it is” or “have a nice day” or “you’re welcome”. Nothing. I wanted to ask for it to be remade again but I didn’t want to be rude. So I just left. But it’s really gross and I’m litterally crying like a little baby in my car. It was $8 for the small one. If I’m gonna pay $8 for a drink I expect it to be good. It’s usually good there.Maybe I’m just being a spoiled brat but I just think the employees should warn you if you order something that they’re out of. And they should be polite when the customer is being polite. And not make the drink super watery.Maybe the barista was just having a bad day or something. But she was very rude. I’ve worked in customer service and even when a customer has asked me to remake something in a mean way I say “of course. Sorry you didn’t like it” or “yeah no problem”. And I then proceeded to try to make it good… especially it they’re paying a lot for it.Very disappointed definitely won’t come here again. (I went to the one at the mall btw)
