Showed up at 3:45pm on 4/2/2024 to look at the menu. There was only one employee, so we left. When my partner returned about 20m later, the employee was rude and dismissive. Has an attitude about the different drink colors and flavors, and audibly said “Ugh” when my partner said they’d be paying in cash. We will not be going back, and will be heavily recommending against this place for the near future.

I usually love this place but today (February 24 at 1:30) I went and they were out of everything. Not the workers fault of course. I ordered a mocha frappe and it tasted a lot different than usual so I politely asked the worker (a late teens, early 20s girl with medium length light brown hair and blonde highlights) if they had changed the recipe. She explained that they were out of the powder so she used syrup. I said “do you have any other flavors that you do have powder for?” “Vanilla” “I’m sorry, but could you please remake it with that?” “Uh… yeah give me a moment” “take your time”. She remade it but it was super watery. Like not icy at all. I said “thank you so much” she ignored me. Didn’t say “here it is” or “have a nice day” or “you’re welcome”. Nothing. I wanted to ask for it to be remade again but I didn’t want to be rude. So I just left. But it’s really gross and I’m litterally crying like a little baby in my car. It was $8 for the small one. If I’m gonna pay $8 for a drink I expect it to be good. It’s usually good there.Maybe I’m just being a spoiled brat but I just think the employees should warn you if you order something that they’re out of. And they should be polite when the customer is being polite. And not make the drink super watery.Maybe the barista was just having a bad day or something. But she was very rude. I’ve worked in customer service and even when a customer has asked me to remake something in a mean way I say “of course. Sorry you didn’t like it” or “yeah no problem”. And I then proceeded to try to make it good… especially it they’re paying a lot for it.Very disappointed definitely won’t come here again. (I went to the one at the mall btw)

Got a iced chai tea latte and it wasn't mixed at all. All flavoring was at bottom and they barley put any ice. After mixing it, it tasted like nasty watered down cinnamon and dirt. By far worst coffee shop I've ever been too.

I’d give negative stars to the staff that “helped” us as She was VERY rude and disrespectful to everyone in our group. Then accused us of trying to get free drinks and steal from the store by doing so. I support adults that have developmental disabilities and these comments are totally uncalled for. We will no longer be going there and supporting that coffee place.

Flavor was absolutely on point. The place needs to have more baristas working at a time though. Poor girl was trying to handle the whole place.Edit: To the reply. The location is the one this review is for. The time was around 3 PM. I don't recall which day it was exactly, I just know it was last weekend. I asked the Barista how come it was only her because there was a fairly long line and she replied that it's because that's how they operate, however she didn't sound optimistic about it. I saw several people in the line leave shortly after because it just takes a while for one person to make multiple drinks per order and as a customer, I understand that.

My morning craving for coffee kicked in. I ventured over to Mountain Mudd & was sadly disappointed. I ordered a Huckleberry Latte. The drink I got had little berry flavor & almost no coffee flavor. It was extremely watery & thus disappointing. This may be why there are no other reviews on Yelp. I'm sure there are much better coffee places elsewhere.

Stopped by for the 1st time the other day. Barista was pleasant. Mocha had some kind of powdery/gritty consistency, especially towards the bottom of the drink. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was nearly inedible- completely hard around the edges, only soft and extremely hot in the middle- I just threw it away. My bill was around $13 or $14, very expensive for the size and quality. I would however return one more time to try the açai bowls I saw advertised and perhaps a different drink.

Stopped by for morning coffee, barista was talking with a friend or coworker, and the conversation continued for about 2 minutes while we waited, had to actually instigate a conversation to place an order. Wife said caramel macchiato was delicious, and regular black coffee was unavailable due to machine being down. She suggested an Americano instead.

Inconsistent drinks, outrageous prices, slow service, sometimes not open when they are supposed to be and now charging me extra to use my debit card. Also the only place in the food court that doesnt give mall employees discounts.Take the time to go to Starbucks before going to the mall.
