My wife and i came into Noodles and company 9-12-2025 @ 2:40 pm. We waited a few minutes to order. When it was our turn to order we were looking at the menu to tell the cashier what we wanted and she very rudely said can u step aside so i can help the guy behind you. Not one time at all did she say anything like that to the people in front of us. When we ordered our food we asked for water cups. After she rang the order in and paid she rudely handed my wife the receipt and order number. When she brought the food to the table, she slammmed the food on the table. I said thank you. She ignored us and didnt say a word. I must say that the customer service completely sucks and needs to be addressed. The way we were treated is unacceptable. We would like a call from management or corporate. Very disappointed. Food was very good.

I recently tried this place for the first time and my family is hooked! We try not to eat out but if we do this is usually our go to place. Every dish I’ve had so far has been delicious! My kids don’t complain and they don’t leave anything behind.
I love that I can order online and in the 15 mins it takes me to get there it’s ready for me to pickup. All the options are customizable which is great for people with dietary restrictions.

I had a catering order for over 80 people. I completed the order two days before the event and received a confirmation email. An hour before the event I went to pick up the order and they didn’t have it. The lady confirmed that they received the order but it didn’t get entered into the system. I was instantly panicked! I explained to the lady that I have 80 people to feed in an hour. She assured me she could get it done in time. I went back in an hour and sure enough, the food was ready! I had to push the lunch time back half an hour but everything ended up fine. The food was delicious and everybody was happy!
