Food was delicious. Bartender was unengaged and not super attentive. It wasn't even a busy bar. So it clearly felt like a choice.

I’d previously been to the old Chicago in Gillette Wyoming and it was FANTASTIC so when we got one in rapid we tried it soon after opening. The food was amazing but staff was mediocre. Other staff members were staring & snickering at my table as the other person I was with was legally blind; had a white cane, needed help with the menu, needed to be directed to the bathroom etc. But the food was good enough that we returned occasionally having a similar experience of good food & mediocre service. The last time I will EVER go to this location was truly horrendous. The server had misinformed us & gotten us to up-charge our meal A LOT but I think it was all a misunderstanding, she was actually very sweet. But when the manager came to speak to us he was horrible. Very condescending. He said, and I quote, “the next time you come here don’t pull this bullshit”, obviously we will never come back to this location. If I was really craving old Chicago I would drive the 1.5 hours to Gillette before ever coming here again.

Best Old Chi Pizza I've ever had... I see now why they closed them all here in Omaha.. This place should be the face of Old Chi. Helluva Crew!!
