Hostesses... please note, that if the dining room is empty, you do not need to stack diners on top of each other and your extremely poor judgment is the sole reason I am downrating the restaurant here in Rapid City---yes it's your fault--do better. There were only 3 or 4 tables that had guests. My wife and were sat down and plenty of room all around us. The very next customers were sat right next to us (family of six with two small children) and it totally killed my experience.The food from the kitchen and service from Journey (name of our waitress) was outstanding. I was very pleased with both. I strongly recommend the Chicago 7 Calzone. The burgers are awesome too.

Food is great, but tonights experience was horrible!!! My family normally dines in and we never have any issues at all but we decided to order online and will never do that again, I arrived a few minutes after the “ready” time (30 minutes), the hostess was gathering everything but noticed I was missing half of my order (two kids meals and wings). Not sure if the normal wait time for an online order is an hour…I wanted to cancel my order so bad but I felt it would be rude. I expressed myself to the hostess and she apologized, which was nice, she was one of two people who approached me out of at least 5-7 people while I waited and waited (yawn).

Great menu, the cheesecake was wonderful, and the gal working the bar was phenomenal. She was doing the food AND libations. My lasagna was tasty, hot, and cheesy. No ground beef in this sauce; Italian sausage took the protein spotlight.
