Pacific Rim Cafe

Passing through rapid city on a roadtrip, and saw decent reviews for this place so we decided to stop for lunch. The menu doesn’t have anything specifically marked as vegan (though there’s a note that vegetarian options are available), but our waiter knew what veganism was and was able to easily accommodate us. We shared a yummy Vietnamese pad Thai and veggie pho. The pad Thai was a bit better than the pho in my opinion. The tofu was DELICIOUS. Really pleased!

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant around Rapid City. The prices are decent along with great servers who make sure that you get what you really want. The food is authentic and usually comes with free soup. I wish they stayed open a bit longer until midnight every day.

Everything I ordered was extremely fresh and delicious! The spring rolls and rangoon were stuffed and my bahn mi was huge-the roll crusty yet soft, the filling proportioned, all really good. The service is friendly and efficient, and the prices are low. Don't let the strip mall facade fool you, this place is really great.

Our favorite servers work here. They are both very sweet and personable. The pho is fantastic along with pretty much everything on the menu. Prices are really good, and they don't bat an eye if you have substitutions. Portions are large and I regularly see people with takeaways. They also have boba tea! Awesome place, can't say enough good things.
