Highly recommend eating here, food is so good i could eat here everyday. This restaurant also has Pibb Xtra Soda, man o man is it good on ice.😋😊

I regularly go to pancheros for their burritos and have always had good service and good food. Today however I found 3 large black hairs inside my tortilla that I had to pull out of my burrito.

The workers are quite rude. On a few separate occasions, the workers have not been kind. This last time I went, I asked for a bag for my order so I could take it to go, and the worker sighed and rolled his eyes. I also tried to use a coupon, which wasn’t working at first, and again, the worker sighed and rolled his eyes. Although the food is good, the attitude the workers give makes this a place I don’t want to go to again.

I ordered a burrito bowl on 8/11 and my order was completely wrong. I asked for tofu and black beans, I received chicken and pinto beans. I had asked for queso and cheese, neither was in my bowl. It was towards the end of the night so there was no way to call and have my ordered corrected.

I mean the foods always good.. but the atmosphere from the employees is usually negative.

I’m updating this July 12, 24. It’s so sad that the front employees are so miserable still, and another big thing is they have ZERO serve safe training. Cross contamination, same gloves to touch everything. And lack of hand washing. Absolutely horrendous.

I have only had GREAT experiences from this place. The burritos are cheaper than the competitors, they never skimp and the staff is fantastic. Not sure if it's the norm but they even let me buy bottles of their hot sauce
