First of all my sandwich was very good; however, how this location passed its health inspection is beyond me.
The place was filthy! Floors, walls, under counters, behind the counter, under the tables and chairs, to go food cubbies, bathrooms, in the kitchen...it was disgusting and this was in the morning so there wasn't like they had a ton of people come in that day yet.
There was also no one behind their counter so I had to use their self-checkout kiosk, which would not print a receipt. To top it off the kiosk asked me to tip...who am I tipping, the kiosk?
Even though the sandwich tasted good I will not return due to the cleanliness of this establishment.

Last 2 times we tried to eat here were unsuccessful. 1. Ordered take out and they forgot the bread bowl. Didn't realize until we got home 2. Again ordered take out, this time I went in to make sure order was complete before leaving and after sitting there for 10 minutes someone finally asked who I was picking up for and they just started laughing and said we can't fulfill your order. Living 2o minutes away I wasted an hour for shitty customer service and no dinner. Don't offer online ordering if you can't fulfill orders that are placed.

Usually pretty good service at the store.But today was not a good one. Very unfortunate, when an employee sells me a brownie when there is flies all over the bakery and still thinks it's okay to sell it. Just google: "What flies can transmit on the food products in a restaurant." I ain't getting any tuberculosis from a $4.00 brownie. Hopefully panera corporate makes it's right.

Great place for a light meal. Excellent quality goods.
Used to be one of our favorite places to eat. This time around, an employee watched us struggle to get our plates and did not even offer to help. The dining tables used to be cleaned. Now, almost all dining tables are dirty, and we end up cleaning our table.
This place is always yummy and food is fresh. Salad lettuce always crispy and not soggy.

We came in to eat and the order kiosks were not working. There were no employees in sight to physically take our order. We decided to use the app instead so went to look for a table. Every table was filthy and so was the floor. We were so disappointed with the environment and even more so with the lack of an actual person to help us order. This place has really gone downhill since it opened. Want a good place to eat? Try Old Chicago just up the road. They have good pasta and actual employees to take your order.

We stopped by on our way out of town and the employees were really lovely. The service was quick, and the woman in the window (black hair, bangs, and a nose piercing) made sure to confirm our order at the window and gave us a complimentary size upgrade :) this will be our go-to spot in the future
