The past three times we have went to Panera they have either been out of soup or bacon. So we have chosen to go somewhere else this time they where out of most soups again but we still ate after getting home I’m missing my arugula on my sandwich very dissatisfied with Panera lately used to be one of our go to spots

We have gone to this Panera twice and both times the Cinnamon Crunch bagels we ordered tasted like chemicals were sprayed on them. This was 3 months apart. The store was dirty and the staff unkept. Disappointed.

This place is so run down! The chair cushions are stained the tables are in bad shape. How did it get so bad? Its not that old! Remodel time!

We were delivered the wrong order and Panera and Door Dash would not do anything to correct their mistake. However, we were charged nearly $40. We will not patronize Panera again.

Placed a large order with the pick two for 8 people. Missed 3 sandwiches and after getting back from getting the sandwiches found out that one of the other sandwiches had a hair in it. After observing I can tell you why as the people in the food service area were not wearing hair restraints

First time going to panera bread yesterday, the employees in the kitchen all made fun of my boyfriends name. Very disheartening.

They do their best however, the employees will get snappy those that are at the drive-through and prepping the food when you try to ask him a question.
Comically bad. No wonder they're about to go bankrupt.

Are you like me and still hold onto memories of the old Panera? Back when Panera was good and offered quality cafe quality sandwhiches at decent prices? Are you tempted to return to Panera periodically by these memories and disappointed by the current Panera? Then you're just like me. Every couple months I get a craving for a sandwhich I didnt make, go to Panera, and come away disappointed and $15 poorer for a sad sandwhich. Always check your bag to make sure they dont assume your side is a bag of oily, gross potato chips. Panera's potato chips are specifically engineered for disappointment. Their lemonades were pretty good, back when they had eye searing amounts of caffine in them, but ever since the new menu change, the sandwhiches and the prices make me wanna cry. MAKE PANERA GREAT AGAIN, bring back the old menu!

I ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich...cashier advised me that she could make my sandwich without the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers because they were out. Basically she could give me bread with hummus. 🤷🏽♀️ They were out of all the ingredients needed.
