This papa johns I will nvr order from again the other one I nvr have problems with this one sent me the wrong order said they credited my account when I tried to reorder a few days later they said they nvr credited it and treated me like I was lying over $14.99
I have always had issues with the Haines store and decided I wouldn't order again, until I saw a sign stating they were under new management. I thought maybe they would be better, so I placed a delivery order and regretted it. I'm pretty sure my food was dropped at some point. It arrived barely warm, I didn't get the extra sauce I paid for, and the pizza was smashed to one side of the box. Super disappointed in the consistent poor quality, even with the advertised new management. A kind delivery driver unfortunately does not make up for bad food. I learned my lesson and will avoid this place moving forward.

Every time I order delivery from the store off Haines Ave it's always messed up and the service you get when you call is always terrible I always feel like when I call to make a complaint they seem to make me feel bad for being upset my kids dinner was wrong I guess I learned my last lesson with them and won't be ordering ever again.
