Amazing food. Beat sandwiches in the state in my opinion. If you're ordering to go and it's busy however, I highly recommend you check your bag before leaving because I've received the wrong order on more than one occasion.

Awsome subs
I had such high expectations of this place after reading all of the reviews! I've been to many Pizzerias, and I was super hopeful on this place. I ordered a medium pepperoni and pineapple, and I don't think I have ever been such let down before over a pizza. It just had ZERO flavor to it, and it was just super bland. I thought the cheese would have so much more flavor then it did, and the crust and sauce was just extremely non flavorful. I've been DYING to find a good pizza joint here in Rapid, but this just missed the mark with me sadly.
Didn't eat there, was delivering for Amazon - but they keep it clean and work fast. Don't be surprised if everyone seems tired, it's long hours and short amount of sunshine for us all right now. Give them a visit. Food smelled wonderful.

Consistent for so long now, a staple in the community for food and prices that don’t gouge!
Felt like they deserved a review for always delivering perfect food and service!

This was the best pizza I've had in a long time. Had to wait a bit, but well worth it! We tried 3 different kinds and were not disappointed.

Last week when I came in for lunch the employee who made my food and handed it to me at the counter was obviously sick and didn't look well. I didn't say anything but came back in today and this time the girl who took our order was really noticably sick and not feeling good. When you work in a place that serves food you should stay home when you are sick instead of passing in on to customers. Food was good though.
Excellent service, the pizza and cheese sticks were amazing!! The owner came out and is super nice and likes to know if his customers are happy with everything. It was a great experience with great food!

I have a few favorite menu items that I'm very loyal to. The sandwiches are the best, always fresh with so many veg options. The pizza is on point (double pepperoni with pineapple) and will blow your mind! The soups are hard to get sometimes due to everyone knowing they're delicious, and seem to sell out quick. You can't go wrong here. Pauly's is always great.

Best pizza in Rapid City!!
It has an amazing flavor, and I love the texture of the corn mill on the crust, gives it extra crispiness and crunch. The pepperoni are small, which I feel like make some better. Somehow I always love the tiny pepperonis. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for some pizza. But they are NOT open on the weekends. So be sure to get your pizza fix taken care of during the week.

Went to Pauly's recently and found it to be the best pizza I've encountered in quite sometime in handful of towns.
The dough is made onsite and very well. Sauce, cheese and pepperoni were all clearly of good quality with correct cupped pepperoni and red sauce which was spot on and not sweet which was a positive.
Found environment to be friendly, clean and ran very well. The owner even chatting with us for >10 mins which only added to the welcoming feeling.
The only comparison I've encountered thus far is the pizza at Independent Ale House but really the comparison is apples to oranges as IAH is more artisanal and PP&S is comfort food. If you want figs and olives, IAH and if you want extra cheese with meat(s), PP&S is the ticket for sure. I enjoyed both equally.
Ordering process, including self-serve beer wall, pricing and speed in which our order was filled were all spot on.
It's a well run operation and recommended.
