This actually the 2nd time i get food there and it comes with no cheese whiz, this time its even written in the receipt but still no cheese for either mine or my wife's sandwiches, for the prices i think it is really over rated, spent $37 + tips. to spend about $40 on 2 sandwiches and they even come wrong, you could spend the same amount of money in most restaurants in town and u will get way better meals. Honestly it dont even worth it to go there anymore, i guess Im done with philly ted. Way to many places in town that serve good food and decent price and guess what they dont give you wrong food and argue with you about it as well.

I have always been a fan of Ted's, but after this last trip I will not be returning. No prices up front, and they put the wrong meat in the sandwich. Pretty sure chicken doesn't taste like cow.

We needed something quick so we tried it. Much better than normal fast food and reasonably fast. Would have been nice to have the music lower so I didn't have to go outside when I got a call.

Terrible experience and we left disappointed. Ordered 2 of the Ted Philly's and one had so much burnt steak it was practically inedible. Barely any fried onions yet drowned in cheese sauce. They were out of chicken but this wasn't noted on the online ordering platform and the menu apparently has items listed that they no longer do (i.e. Italian pork philly), so we had to change our order several times. Gal taking orders was cordial enough. The floor was absolutely disgusting and sticky with every step taken and the flies buzzing around and landing on your food was unappetizing.

Stopped here on a road trip to South Dakota because my dad & mom met the owner at Longmire Days in 2016 and said they’d stop by. We finally made it, and it was great to be here. Great food - very flavorful, cooked well, so filling. Great patios in front and back & service was fast and attentive. Cute area of Rapid City, parking garage next door & RV parking lot space one block away, outdoor park & splash pad for kids down the street. Highly recommend - thanks for a great experience!

Been eating here since 2008. When they got new owners a while back, everything took a huge dive (especially the bread). After about a year of staying away, our cravings got bad enough to give them another shot and I'm pleased to report that the bread is nearly returned to its former glory (and is now lightly toasted if you're into that).Like everything and everywhere else, there's a not insignificant amount of shrinkflation (prices higher, sandwiches smaller). Still, when it's good, I'd put Philly Ted's against anything from Philly (and with more unique flavor options than anything from Pat's, Geno's, Jim's, or other "purist" cheese steaks)

The service was so slow. Waited more than 30 minutes for two sandwiches and fries while an older lady with glasses stood around snacking in the back. There were only a few people in front of us. The flies were terrible and kept landing on us/the food. Would not recommend going there until they figure out the kinks.

This little place has been in Rapid City for a lot of years, and it had never failed at delivering amazing food and service. Though the menu has condessed over the years, the food is still great. My wife tried the philly egg rolls for the first time, and I'm sure that will be all she oulrders now because of how awesome they were. The staff was really friendly and super accommodating of out slight order change. Well, always return for my delicious food.

Got charged for a footlong after ordering a regular. I was fine with that until I still ended up with a regular sized sandwich. Not even sure if the mushrooms I ordered ended up on this, much less the sandwich I ordered.
This place must have recently gained new management because the quality isn't there anymore and the friendless as well as the atmosphere here is no longer up to par. I'm not a fan and as a long time customer I will probably not return to this establishment unless something or someone changes.

I paid 25 dollars for a combo meal. It Wasnt made right and was very soggy bun. Very bland and not worth the $$$

I really like this place! It is a neat little sandwich shop tucked in the corner of outlet building by the parking ramp in which is also the side of new walkway around entire outlet stores and to outdoor center stage and icerink. It's a small quant shop with some real neat decor. Im giving it 4s in two areas because no one greeted my apon entering where I had to find my own menu and what not and the second comes from the food where I thought the Philly was good and they used fresh onion, pepper and mushrooms but I thought it lacked cheese and could use more seasoning.

Been awhile since we've ordered....past DELICIOUS!! AND DELIVERED AS ORDERED. Tonight, well not so much. First time order was delivered to house - driver forgot parts of order(mainly my chicken Philly and fries. ) Not Ted's fault but the rest of order we got was not what was ordered first delivery. Ted's said, We'll make you a fresh ones! I kinda wished I said no thanks. Positive on my food: meat and such by itself, AWESOME!! FIVE STARS PEOPLE! GIMME THAT AND WOW! Negatives: did not get fries (was suppose to be chicken nuggets and fries) instead got order of spicy wings. No fries. Okay. I like wings. No like ranch but okay, mistake order. Big icky! Over cooked toughness. Ate half of the "meaty" wings so like 4 out of the 12. Hardly any meat to those. The tips of the wing(second favorite of mine when done correctly these had no meat could not eat. Thanks guys!! ) Bread for sandwich? We won't mention taste. It wasn't there. What was there was a soggy uncut mess. Would have made been okay toasted. Did not eat most of bread. Threw away with most of chicken wings. Be long time before I order from again if ever.
